“This was a collection of an eBay item for delivery to Southampton I think. Therefore somebody else was using you as their delivery firm. I had never heard of the company. No matter. You were dead on time and the driver was a delight. Excellent service.”

“I have used Xpert Delivery on several occasions now. I have always found the charges to be reasonable, drivers helpful and courteous, collections within the allotted time slot and most importantly the goods remain undamaged. Excellent! Keep it up!”

“Extremely good at messaging collection and drop-off individuals, very happy with the actual service and price. Disappointed with the communication in-between as i tried to contact to speak to customer service for 2 days and could not get past the automated service. Glad it all worked out in the end. Courier was friendly and efficient at both ends.”

“They were easy to communicate with and answered emails promptly. We found the service straightforward and effective. When the delivery was close we were even able to track the van, to make sure we were around when they delivered. My only concern is that once the deposit was paid I couldn't pay the remainder before delivery and had to use old fashioned cash to the driver. (Payment was needed before, or upon delivery.)”
