AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE - THEY ARE CHARLATANS AND RIP-OFF MERCHANTS! They will take your money and destroy your goods. And then lie about it. Absolutely terrible. A framed mirror with shelves bought on ebay and photographed immediately before collection by this company arrived wrecked. The glass was intact, but various parts of the frame and shelf supports had been ripped off. The delivery men left this extremely heavy item at the bottom of a long uphill driveway - I could barely manoeuvre it into the car, as it was so big and heavy. The packaging, for which, along with insurance, I had been charged extra, was entirely inadequate, comprising one layer of bubble wrap and one of heavy-duty clingfilm. This did not even cover the whole of the item, some parts being left exposed. Upon unwrapping, it was found that one side of the main mirror was unfixed, because that part of the frame had been knocked off and the fixings were sheared off. Several shelf supports were similarly knocked off, with fixings sheared off. One decorative panel was missing entirely. Xpert Delivery refuse to accept any responsibility, claiming that the item was falling apart upon collection. This is NOT TRUE! The photos taken immediately prior to collection prove this and are time-recorded. Xpert Delivery communication is terrible - they do not acknowledge any emails and cannot be contacted by phone. Replies are only elicited following promises of bad reviews and even then are simply blocking devices, full of untruths. They asked for photos of the damage, which had already been sent in the first instance and then just came back with more untruths. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE - THEY ARE CHARLATANS AND RIP-OFF MERCHANTS! They will take your money and destroy your goods. And then lie about it.

Shocking service. Paid and waited 7 and a half weeks only to be told they couldn't fulfil collection. We paid for after 5pm and weekend collection, and they repeatedly tried to collect middle of the day. Really poor communication, they didn't realise they offered out of hours collection, even though I'd paid for it on their website. Took £250 off our children's charity, messed us around for 7 and a half weeks, then let us down. Two weeks on still no refund, and no communication! Do not go anywhere near this company! I've reported to trading standards and there is currently an investigation in place. DO NOT TRUST OR USE Dan Brookes June 2023

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This company is absolutelty appalling, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you use them. Not only will they re-schedule your delivery over four times, and not communicate this with you; but they will also ask YOU to carry your own delivery into your chosen location. If this wasn't enough, I have sent over 10 emails, asking for my complaint to be addressed and they have outright ignored them. But if I had queried about the delivery time/date, they would reply within two hours. Unproffessional, incompetent, and rude are words to describe this pathetic company.

Do NOT use this company. Disgusting customer service. They state delivery will take approximately 10 days…. nearly 4 weeks later my item still hasn’t been delivered to my customer. They completely ignore your messages. Have asked for a refund and my item to be sent back to myself so I can use a different courier to deliver the item…. But they just ignore messages. Complete and utter cowboys who I feel at the moment have STOLEN my parcel. I paid through PayPal so will have to open a case against them if they continue to ignore my messages. Dread to think what state the parcel is now in. Completely regret using this courier company and will NEVER use this company again. They have lost a valuable customer.

i paid my deposit three ago for them to collect and package and deliver my lots from auction house they stated they collected my lots and they have them in there warehouse and have tried many times to get them to deliver my lots which are valuable but just getting the run a round and now having read the comments on trust pilot and this site i will be asking the police to investigate this whole company as there has been many who have been left for a mug by this gang lets hope the police get enough evidence to charge the owner of this company i will not rest till my goods are delivered

Cowboys please try to call them - no such number you can’t speak to anyone. They steal your goods. The good reviews can’t be legit. Avoid all costs. Parasites is the only word for these people. Check out trust pilot look at reviews says it all. Avoid at all costs

Terrible company, my items ate over a week late, customer service dreadful as live chat sends you generic message then cuts you off. No complaint line and no phone line, terrible company contacted trading standards

Derbyshire police need information from this courier company as they suspect that it’s a scam, stealing goods and claiming the vans been stolen. Trading standards investigating and next step TVs Watchdog programme Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

Purchased an item from EBay which wasn’t cheap. Now saying van has been stolen with my item in it. Refuses to give refund. Scammers. The good reviews are obviously fake check them out on trust pilot. Under police investigation

Appalling service, appalling company. Promised delivery in 3-5 days, eventually received item a month later after threatening legal action and had to get it dry cleaned as it stunk of smoke. Lots of fake reviews online, avoid this company they're literally the worst I've ever dealt with.

My deliveries have been beyond a joke. I have had several cancellations of collections and failed attempts of delivery. The sideboard has been collected from me and has remained in your warehouse for two weeks. I am sick of hearing the same response that it’s with the scheduling department. I made the booking over a month ago and your company has breached their terms and conditions of delivery times and will be reported to trading standards unless I have the following information as soon as. As “expert delivery” is incapable of arranging delivery, I have payed another company an additional £60 to collect it from your warehouse this week. I therefore need a contact number of your warehouse in Birmingham and someone to be there once the company come to collects, with the sideboard readily available to collect. I will also be expecting a full refund from yourselves as you have failed to provide the service promised. I will not wait any longer I’ve been more than patient. I am a paying customer. It’s one thing making an error but to make the error again and again and still have no resolution is beyond frustrating. Not only has this company wasted hours of my time, you’ve caused me massive stress and upset and two bad reviews and claims for refunds off my customers which has tarnished my small company

I’ve used 3 times and every time they cancelled on the day for both the collection and delivery. Variety of excuses. No real ownership to sort when something gets this bad. Can’t contact except through email. Will never use again as can’t be trusted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Van did not arrive on the day scheduled and paid for despite being confirmed. The van was booked to move a bed and two sofas. I still have no confirmation of when they will be collected, and my new sofa is being delivered today and I have nowhere to put it! Shoddy customer service. No phone number to call and computer says no answers via an online chat service, and they eventually just stopped responding.

Rubbish. Never collected the item they kept canceling the slot the day before. After 2 weeks I got fed up and cancelled and used a different company who collected the next day and delivered very quick. But Xpert delivery still have yet to issue a refund and I am having to open a paypal dispute

DONT PAY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. I have used this courier to transport a wardrobe from Milton Keynes to London and they took 2 weeks to deliver the wardrobe broken. They are extremely hard to get to. I have received a call from the courier requesting me to find another courier and that is surely because they broke my wardrobe. Then they requested full payments or there will be no delivery. only thugs deals like that. The delivery driver that dropped the wardrobe was nice and honest and explained to me that it was mishandled by the collection team and the door was hit from the corner and the mirror broke. its no use for me with a broken mirror. the courier put the blame on me for not wrapping the wardrobe while i have paid extra for it to being dismantled. I have used many couriers in the past and they are much better than those couriers.

I still await recompense for the damage to my antique sideboard. No wrapping was carried out which I paid extra for. Arrived broken. Two and half months still being fobbed off re insurance claim. No responses to further emails. Would not use again.

Disgusting service. No pride in their work. Caused damage to a brand new, packaged fridge due to their carelessness. Took 4 chasers for them to respond which was a std policy response. I’m gobsmacked they think this type of service is acceptable. Will never use again and will happily tell others to stay clear!

Avoid at all costs, my £2,000 Victorian cast iron fireplace was broken in to 3 pieces in their care. I am now having trouble in claiming my losses from them and I am having to take the matter legal.
