Still waiting for a refund after they damaged an item. I deal with couriers all the time but these are criminals. Be cautious (No packing is good enough. These were metal chairs so damaged via compression)

Terrible experience. Item was damaged in delivery and the company refused to refund for the damage. Buyers and sellers use at your own risk

Quoted me for a collection for a commercial washing machine filled in all the revenant information and then they contacted me to say that the machine was too heavy even know they quoted me

Diabolical. Took two weeks of phone calls before they bothered to collect a sideboard. The driver told me not to bother getting a blanket to cover it as he already had one, but when it arrived almost a month after initial booking, it was severely scratched. Funnily enough, because I didn't wrap it myself in a blanket I didn't have an insurance claim! They admitted that they were experiencing delays due to an overwhelming number of orders and offered me 50% off my next delivery, which needless to say is about as valuable to me as a chocolate teapot. Paid my invoice and tried to forget the whole thing. But just when I thought it was all over, their Debt Collection agency wrote to me today demanding I pay the invoice I paid nearly three weeks ago!? Absolutely nothing expert about these people, with the exception of a couple of genuinely helpful customer services representatives who must do daily battle with mounting levels of ineptitude. Avoid like the plague!

Thiefs nothing but unreliable thiefs Ickes my item up refused to deliver to me after picking up will not pass over to 2 different couriers have now moved my item to a residential address and won't pass it over thieving untrustworthy company

Officially the WORST delivery company. They booked to collect my sofa from the furniture shop three times and didn't show up. On the last occasion the staff kept the shop open until 8pm to wait for their driver who did not show. When we tried to call to find out what the problem was they put the phone down. What a dreadful way to treat customers. Use them at your peril !!!!!!

From the start we had misleading quotes and it was downhill from there. It took two months for our items to be delivered which is a far cry from the quoted 5-10 working days. When the items finally arrived they were badly damaged and no longer usable. We are now having to spend several hundred pounds replacing the items and sadly the only compensation we have been offered is a discount off our next delivery but we certainly will not be using this company again.

Dear Customer, I would like to apologize for all the frustration you experienced while using our services. First, the quote we gave you was not misleading. The reason for changing the price a couple of times was because you added new items to your order after booking and you wanted an express collection - within 2 days - all that AFTER booking. Secondly, when a customer has such a specific availability time, they need to be ready for a slightly delayed delivery. Our standard time frame for doing a job is 5-10 days, but this happens only when there are no specific requirements, which means we provide the service from Monday to Saturday 8am till 7pm. We apologize, but I guess you were not pretty informed how a delivery company works - WE are giving the slots! Not the customer. Since you wanted the delivery to happen in specific days - Thursdays and Fridays up to 4:30pm. you needed to know that the delivery will be delayed. Furthermore, we tried to deliver twice and the driver was just 15 minutes late and you said that you are unable to wait. As you may know in our business, unexpected traffic issues or technical problems may occur. And last but not least, since you didn't pack and protect your items for transit, we are transporting your goods on your own risk. We always encourage our customers to pack and protect their goods or to purchase bubble wrap packaging service from us. You decided not to do both.

Absoloutely a living nightgmare i asked for my Creda Horizon 22 retro cooker which was bought imaculate to be wrapped in blankets .The seller wrapped the cooker in bubble wrap and cardboard to protect for delivery.THIS CARELESS NO EXPERIENCE COMPANY caused me stress and living nightmare,. They did not deliver the day stated they deliverd 4 days after and did not know how to handle a electric cooker when delivered .Before delivery i was informed they had SMASHED THE COOKER GLASS OUTER OVEN DOOR making the cooker non repairable due to been 28 years old. I am so unhappy words cannot describe and i would WARN ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS BAD COMPANY unless you want damages to your items to be transported BEWARE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE EVER IN A MILLION YEARS .DISGUSTING SERVICE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and they dont want to COMPENSATE neither,.

This was the worst service I have ever encountered. If you offer a service outside office hours you need telephone support to be able to clarify why your driver has not turned up. You failed to collect the item on time and missed two appointments. I will never use you again, I will not recommend you and I will consult ebay about removing you as a preferred supplier.

Offered multiple delivery dates, some rubbish about the system went down, the courires literally threw the fridge freezer off the back of the van bad service would never use again, wordt £65 ive ever spent

Generally we are arranging the collection and delivery time and then we are asking our customers, 2 days before action, if they would be available. If they are not, we try again to arrange a day and time by doing our best to fit in with customers expectations and also with the rules we are required to follow. This is how our company works. I truly believe you understand! In regard to our representatives, we are big company, and in order to do our job in a perfect way for our customers we really appreciate any kind of feedback in order for us to be much easier to couch and teach them how to treat our clients in a correct manner. Horrendous service from Xpert Delivery Ltd. In the 2 weeks I communicated with you, I did not speak to a human being once - I sent over 10 emails and left numerous voice messages to arranging the delivery but received no call back. The first time a delivery date was set, nobody arrived and no reasoning was given when I contacted Xpert for an explanation. I had taken time off work to be home to receive the delivery. The second time, I asked for confirmation to be sent via email, bearing in mind the previous no-show. Only after sending 3 or 4 emails and leaving a number of voice messages did I receive email confirmation. On the day, the delivery arrived two and a half hours late. The man who delivered the item informed me that the job had been outsourced to him by Xpert. When he had arrived at the Xpert depot that morning to collect my item, the depot was closed. He had to wait 2 hours in order to simply pick up the item. All round awful service and I believe I am due some recompense.

Nightmare seller had expensive package go missing 2/failed deliveries and cant get hold of them ! Wouldn't use these if they were the only choice I'd rather walk and get my packages probably be quicker than the nearly 3/weeks it took them!

Diabolical liars. Currently being reported to Trading Standards, (NCDA) National Couriers and Despatch Assoc. and Shiply. Avoid using this organisation. They have no regard for your belongings and their customer service is unprofessional, bullying and dismissive!!!

Don't use ! Advised my seller collecting within 3 hours of 11am, turned up at 6pm ! Seller not happy. Emailed me to advise delivery could not respond as site just kept crashing, try calling and just get answer phone, so totally in the dark, never used this type of collection before but never again, eventually arrived, signed for then unpaked and one of the chairs had been broken ! Horay............

Dreadful service. Absolutely awful communications. Emails / phone calls to this company from my client who I was delivering the item to and myself went unanswered, it is impossible to communicate through shiply so we were basically kept in the dark for over two weeks. The only time I got a response was when I threatened to take them to court, within an hour I had a emailed response and my client got his machine the next week but after nearly a 3 week delay he was not at all happy. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company at all.

Dreadful service. I've had 2 cancelled collections over a 2 week period, waited in for the collection for 4 hours a time only to be notified the following day that the collections did not happen due to some mysterious reason which nobody can elaborate on. This company have since emailed me to say they have cancelled my order and are not able to collect. I've gone back to Shiply to let them know about the poor attitude and service provided by these amateurs and would strongly advise you do not use them as they are not reliable in the slightest. In summary; awful service coupled with very poor communication, deal with them at your peril.
