If I could give zero stars I would. XPERT delivery collected an item from me which was damaged in transit. They then denied that it was there fault and refused to claim on their insurance. The item was brand new and cost £1,900. Do not trust this company. Stay well away.

Having been a customer for years without a problem a longcase clock delivery was damaged by a severe blow to the top. They refused refund of delivery charge only giving return of the clock without charge. given other customers experience of very low insurance claim offers and delay in settlement and I had to have the clock back promptly I didnt claim. I will not be using this company in future.

Took 13 days to deliver jukebox stored in damp place caused £175 of damage to jukebox never a sewer phone got random text saying you you would deliver between 3/5 in afternoon delivered 9 at night tried charge people at other end money again biggest cowboys I have employed

Missing items that they clearly took delivery of (evidence in their own photos) but lost whilst in their possession at their warehouse. Customer service will now not respond to emails requesting information. Been left with an item that we cannot assemble and use.

Avoid using this company unless you like your antique furniture turned to fire wood. I booked a collection and delivery for a william iv table and it arrived damaged' the driver said it was not him it was done by another driver? I said i was not happy and he phoned Xpert and told his boss i was unhappy! he passed the phone over to me and she told me to pay the driver take some photos and we could claim on their insurance. After waiting a few days i was sent an email telling me the item was not insured as i paid below £500 and it had not been bubble wrapped or protected in anyway? I thought they were a professional delivery team? Please avoid this company at all cost as it will cost you.

I paid extra for a small table to be packaged at uplift - it was NOT! When it arrived here, at some time in transit, it had been wrapped in bubble wrap - but was BADLY DAMAGED. They waived the balance of the delivery fee. The COST of REPAIR was £118!!! They told me that if I claimed their Insurance I HAD to pay the EXCESS of £100 and would only be entitled to 1/3rd of the claim as 3 people were involved! Well 2 were INNOCENT, it was damaged whilst in their "Care"! In my opinion they are unreliable, unhelpful and untrustworthy - DO NOT USE. Xpert Delivery - EXPERT they are not - save yourself all the hassle - AVOID USING this company!!

Great communication re ouch up and delivery time. The driver who delivered was rude and unhelpful. I helped him carry the wardrobe to the house, as required, but he would not carry it inside. Put it down in the garden and declared its in the terms and conditions that it’s ‘up to him’ whether he brings it in or not. It was a metre further to get it safely u side out of the rain but he wouldn’t do it. I can’t lift it in my own. It’s stuck in the garden and your site definitely says ‘delivery to room if your choice’

Nothing went wrong- I thought I had click all the stars to say excellent! The goods arrived well within the allotted time slot. The driver as most helpful even though the door was too narrow for the table and he had to carry it further to take it in via a patio door at the back of the house. I would most certainly use Xpert couriers again. My rating is 'excellent'.

Absolutely terrible company. If I could give 0 stars then I would. My sofa took almost 3 weeks from time of collection point to delivery, the company cancelled a number of times at short notice leaving me with rearranged schedules and wasted days. Each time I rang them for a definite date I got robbed off and no further forward, the manner of the staff is very unprofessional. Don't just take my word for it - have a look through the other reviews too. I think the positive ones have not been written by customers as I can't imagine a straight forward experience from this company. If you have any sense you will avoid them. I urge you to do so.

i sent 6 chairs and a table (but the buyer arranged delivery). 5 of the 6 chairs were damaged on arrival - clearly they had all fallen in the same direction in the van. I was told they were not wrapped/protected but I didn't arrange the delivery so was not aware of this. I had to therefore refund the buyer and now have to transport back at my cost (£129) and will need to have the chairs repaired. Total denial of damage by the driver and xpert delivery (not the right name for them!!) basically washed their hands of it. I would recommend you think again before using xpert delivery.

Bloody awful company, avoid at all costs. I purchased an antique console table from eBay, with a stunning marble top. It finally reached me after 10 days, in pieces, not only had they dropped the marble (clearly From a height), but the base legs were also bent. The driver said the item was not packed sufficiently, I can't imagine any form of packaging would've prevented a drop from a height, of such a fragile piece of furniture. I complained and was offered a £36 refund!!! The item they damaged was irreplaceable, it was a unique piece of natural stone, not an IKEA knock up. If you need a delivery company and would like your item to arrive in one piece, then you need to avoid XPERT delivery, not only is their name a joke, so are their collection team. Absolutely shocking!!!

They look professional from the outset, however they text you 10 minutes before the end of the collection slot to cancel and then don't contact you to reschedule. They are an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. Customer service is non existent I use several different couriers every week and whilst others may not be perfect at least they turn up!!

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Failed to pack item, damaged on delivery and then denied liability. Such a shame but definitely would never use again. Should be renamed UnXpert delivery as the courier was totally inexperienced. Wouldn't dream of using them again. The delivery was a shambles and customer care ignored.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They send you quotes , confirmation, take your deposit, tell you they are making arrangements, then send an e-mail saying , we are not picking up your item, you now need to make phone calls to get your money back! Bloody shocking behavior from a company. You have not heard the last from me I can assure you.

I organised a delivery for a butchers block. They were excellent in organising collection, however, the good news stops there. I work 7 days a week and my only off day is a 'Monday'. I clearly advised i would not be home to sign for the item however my partner was home. The courier came and dropped the item off. The wheels on my butchers block were BROKEN and the surface is completely slanted now. The wheels were PERFECT working condition when it left the collection point and the surface was level. The only explanation was there was no care taken when moving the butchers block. The item was wrapped neatly for protection. However for ease the wheels were left as is so it could be wheeled in and out of the loading van etc. When the item was dropped off. The courier who dropped the item off said ‘he didn’t load the item’. No responsibility taken here. My partner ‘signed’ for the item and when I say signed. The courier checked all the boxes and gave my partner the consignment note and that was that. I came home after a long 7 day week and finally on my ‘off’ day inspected the item and to my horror it was a shambles. Broken wheels (because of carelessness) which resulted in a slanted surface. I finally contacted (not so) xpertdelivery when I first had a chance a few days later and they refused to take any responsibility. If only I had a cushy 9-5 job where I have plenty of spare time to take this issue up with them. Don’t use this company. They won’t reimburse you, assist you or take any responsibility if they break your precious items. Terrible.

Don't answer the phone during work hours?! Tried there numbers and one of them said 'application error.' Don't reply to emails. Totally puts me off using them
