“I ordered at 11:30 pm, and received a Whatsapp message to acknowledge my order within minutes! The customer service is simply the best I have come across - clear, helpful replies. The delivered products are beautiful, and I can't wait to present them to my friends. Xpressflowers is the only florist I will use now.”

“Customer Service is excellent, kudos!!! The response was very fast, efficient and detailed updates. The delivery was prompt and fast – I placed order yesterday Wed around 2pm and delivered this morning to recipient, the plants well packed in a box. The whole process of my order was very smooth and easy. I am very happy and satisfied. VERY GOOD!!! The cactus plants are indeed “DOUBLY CHARMING” :-) as described in the product item. Highly recommended and will order again.”
