Easy to browse and get what I want. I requested for a slightly earlier timing to deliver before 5pm instead of before 6pm and they did it.

Despite having some small hiccups on the payment, but the CS agent replied quite promptly after sending my Whatsapp message. However, I managed to re-order again and made my CC payment again. Will definitely order again.

Satified with the service. However, the look of the photo taken vs the picture on catalogue slightly differs with on the selection of flower for the hamper; otherwise it would be perfect.

Good experience. But suggest you guys enable your online order platform to enable payment as well and lessen the work for yourselves with manual input of order details and sending payment links afterwards. Would have been more seamless. Thanks.

Best thing is the same day delivery if the order is in by 3pm. Good is the notification of each step done for delivery and after delivery, plus friendly staff on the hotline. Improvements needed: list of hospitals must be current; my delivery order did not have a signature of receipt with the date and time indicated; in the website it would help customers if there was a section of all same day delivery arrangements so that no time is wasted.
