I still have to provide a 4 rating because I have history with Xpress flowers...over 20 years and it's always been exceptional. Human error I do understand. Overall, Xpressflowers...has brought me alot of great memories and I will not take that away in one instance but I'm highly distraught today.

Flowers was in good condition and delivery was prompt with the timing and calls. However, I still can't understand why you would charge delivery twice when the delivery for the 2 items is to the same address.

The florist service are good and deliver on time slot.Need improvements, Did not update the latest request. That be good to show recipient at front of envelope not just leave blank.

Only feedback that needs action is that the site isn't actually set up for Amex payments, even though the Amex logo is included in the credit card line.

The website is simple enough to use, the same day delivery is actually a few minutes earlier than expected. At $30 it is nothing short of great. However, the WhatsApp service does not reply as quickly as desired, with some replies taking up to 30 minutes and even having one of my questions unanswered.

1. Was easy to place order online. 2. Called the hotline to make some changes to the congratulatory words. Hotline was responsive and easy to communicate and done within mins. Delivery and changes were correct as per requested. 3. Flowers were delivered as per expected timing 4. However, the roses were not freshest. A bit disappointed.

My only qualm was delivery. From memory it was $5 up to 9pm, so i asked the lady to have them delivered as close to 9 as possible as girlfriend starts at 8.30, but lady was insistent that i pay $20 more to achieve that time. Im thinking just drop them off last on courier run, but another $20 would make them get there at that time. This example was not for this arrangement because i paid $30 to get delivered at certain time, this was for last weeks arrangement as ive sent 2 in 2 weeks, but i love the fact they can get delivered 24/7.
