Good experience. But suggest you guys enable your online order platform to enable payment as well and lessen the work for yourselves with manual input of order details and sending payment links afterwards. Would have been more seamless. Thanks.

Best thing is the same day delivery if the order is in by 3pm. Good is the notification of each step done for delivery and after delivery, plus friendly staff on the hotline. Improvements needed: list of hospitals must be current; my delivery order did not have a signature of receipt with the date and time indicated; in the website it would help customers if there was a section of all same day delivery arrangements so that no time is wasted.

Your customer service staff Angelica was very helpful. I have asked to be shown the end product and the card before the delivery. I spotted a missing red round fan. The advertisement showed 2 fans but my arrangement only has one. Angelica assisted to check and the missing round fan was inserted into the flower arrangement. There must have been many orders since it is CNY. I was glad it was rectified before delivery. Its great that Angelica responded to my whatsapp very promptly. When i called your company, someone answers the phone. I am impressed with your company's service because CNY is a very busy time.

Dear Sam Aloysius here, it has never happen before but maybe its the busiest period a day before Valentine Day and probably there were many orders coming in. I ordered and paid for a banquet of tulips (10 stalks) to be delivered to my home. When i reached home was surprised to find that there were only 9 stalks of tulips in there. I have called the hotline and was told to refund 10% of what i have paid , and will received a $20 cafe voucher. (Still waiting for the email pf voucher)

We ordered an item via the website. The website is simple to navigate. The price was consistent and clearly shown. A phonecall and a photo of the item were sent to us before the delivery. The item received was as per the website's description. The delivery man was careful and friendly while handing over the item to us. It was a pleasant and smooth experience throughout. One thing I wasn't able to find out though, is how long the item could last or how we can take care of it.
