I went to clementi mall to order and the process is very simple. Flower is fresh and colour is beautiful. Only thing is the delivery company. Attention to the person, they ask other member in the company to help to pass to the receiptant. I don't like this part, it will spoil the surprise.

Timely delivery. Ordered slice of cake. Regretted ordering it. Reason being the box is too small for the cake and the cake was squeezed into the box in a sideward position. It looked messy when delivered. Please if u can't change to a bigger box, then don't offer the slice of cake.

Generally was good except delivery notification kind of slow. Have typo error on name, called hotline and issue was settled. After service on following up was good too. Thank you.

Service was impressive, I called Customer Service a few times to make sure I understood the terms as I asked for a customised arrangement. Since it’s Easter I asked for extra lilies, at extra cost, of course. They were very accommodating. As for the flower arrangement, I liked it very much and several of my colleagues admired it too! Kudos, XpressFlower. Outstanding job! Highly recommended

Overall satisfied. Instructions/requests were followed. Chat personnel was very responsive to all my queries. Only a bit disappointed in the part whereby delivery is blocked between 7pm to 8pm but delivery guy arrived past 6pm-sh hence recipient was not at the drop off location yet and ultimately delivery guy cannot really speak english so it was a bit of a hassle. But service from the xpressflower itself was satisfactory.
