“i am extremely satisfied with receiving the periodic update; from pictures (before delivery) to confirmation of delivery (DO) instead of me having to login/ call to check.”

“There is no update from the system on the status of delivery e.g driver is on the way or driver has completed the delivery via SMS. Only received update via email once delivery completed.”

“The Premium Kenya roses are lovely. Will be good if there is some write up on them together with the bouquets. Cos gift receiver ask and we Google abit on its origins to tell a background story. Also option of good local ice-cream to go with gift is great, look forward to more unique flavours fm artisan brands like Udders Mao Shan etc”
