This shows that the shop is serious about their business image and is ready to take corrective measures. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement bouquet with fresh flowers with fragrance of roses the next day. I appreciate that as a bouquet of fresh flowers is always meant to impress someone who really loves the beauty and feel of fresh flowers.”

“I ordered (AR2313) flower arrangement for my mother's birthday and Xpressflower did not disappoint. The flowers are so fresh plus the arrangement is amazingly beautiful and my mom couldn't get over it. I requested for a photo of my mom receiving the gift items as I am away and they sent me a photo of her, even captured the surprise on her face which I will forever treasure. Status of the order was communicated and the delivery was on time. Indeed, Xpressflower is more than just flowers. AJA! :)”
