“Speedy delivery and excellent customer service. They took the initiative to call me to inform necessary changes to the order. I also received a photo of the flower stand before delivery and even an email notification that the item was collected and then delivered within 3-4 hrs from the order time. Makes me feel at ease and assured. Great Job!”

“While the customer service on order is good, the execution of the service is horrible. someone else's name was added to mine. My staff was surprised to see someone else's name in the wreath! And when emails and messages were sent about it, nobody did anything.”

We are sorry that someone else's name was added to your wreath, we know that this is unacceptable and rest assured that we take this matter seriously. As per checking, our CS Rep Angelica received a feedback from you yesterday and was immediately relayed to our fulfillment team which they rectified in less than an hour. Again we are very sorry with any inconvenienced we have caused and rest assured that I will raise this matter to avoid such incident from happening again. “Good and quick service. I tried to order online but the pay button didn’t work so had to message the team instead. The team put in all my info and put through the order very quickly. This is the second time I ordered funeral wreath. The first time I ordered the delivery person took some pictures after delivery but the second time I didn’t receive any photos. I really appreciated the photos the first time because I’m overseas and couldn’t attend the funeral. It means a lot to be able to see the wreath and also to make sure the message is correct. Overall still good.”

“prompt delivery, wonderful customer service, although my candle was forgotten :), great value for flowers. would recommend that the cake be put in a bigger paper bag in future, as it's very difficult to take the cake out without spoiling the plastic packaging.”

“We are so grateful to find that XpressFlower was able to deliver a condolences wreath on New Year’s Day. Many florists were only able to deliver on 2 Jan. In addition, XpressFlower kept us informed on the delivery and even sent us the pictures of the wreath. We are very happy with the service. Thank you!”
