“Delivered between 12 to 6 pm as promised.Roses are fully bloomed and beautifully packed as always.I realised Valentine Day is busy but you guys are the best....speaking for myself you guys have never screwed up.... which is why i will always go to you for flowers.”

“it's a repeat purchase for me and have been buying from XpressFlower for years. Their service is always tip top and always deliver as much as customer need. “very disappointed with subpar service standards, wonder if Xpressflower is large enough to even have a QA team onboard to rate NPS, etc. I am really very disappointed though it is not cheap, 1st time last time, I'd rather take my money to spend elsewhere, call me if you are keen to find out more.”

“My wife was having lessons and was not able to answer the 10 missed calls from the sender. I had indicated to leave it with the office if sender was not able to contact the recipient. She texted my wife "please have the decency to pick up your call and tell me where do I drop it". Not exactly the best experience on a V-Day.”

“Order and delivery is smooth. Unlike some big company which I made a complaint for late delivery and was ignored. Had e mail to them to stop sending me e mail for promotion and was advertisement and till date still receiving . Btw thanks for the service. Will order again”
