“Selecting item and placing order was easy. The description of the item was clear and accurate. XpressFlower kept me informed of the status of the order through multiple emails until it was delivered to the recipient. The emails included photos of the actual order, including the message card that I had written. I saw the physical item and it looked as good as pictured. It was a pleasant experience throughout”

“XpressFlower should email or call the buyer if unable to reach the recipient. The delivery was supposed to be in the morning but just managed to deliver. Fortunately, I email to check on the status when didn't receive the delivered notification. Else, I didn't even know you could not reach the recipient on the phone.”
