“Ordering online was a quick and simple process, and for my case, the funeral wreath message was crafted according to the information I specified in the order - their Customer Service even gave me a photograph of the finished product for a final check to avoid potential issues”

“The young girl at Tampines Mall outlet is very efficient and sincere. Sorry I forgotten her name. I got a last min bday delivery and called to ask her to check if its possible. She replied promptly and I made my way down to choose my flower. She assisted me patiently and accessed my order perfectly. Thank you for the effort. Keep it up!”

“I made a big error in the message card and luckily the team assisted to resolve it, despite all the inconvenience. Thank you Lovelyn, the driver and the team behind for your help. They will also take photo of the flowers sent. Not sure if they did call the receiver as requested, but my friend received it well. Thank you.”

“The team was helpful in helping me complete the payment. My child had accidentally closed off the browser window at the payment page and I could not complete the payment.
