“Truly grateful to the excellent customer service that Xpressflower has. I had made an order on 10 May at 12.10am as I almost missed my mum's birthday. The earliest deilvery time is from 1 - 5pm to my mum's office, however, my mum will be having her afternoon off. Had called up the customer service and request if earlier delivery is possible. To my surprise, the lilies were delivered at around 11.20am. Appreciate XpressFlower to help me exepdite the deliveries. Thanks.”

“I appreciate that the flower was delivered and I received a note that the delivery is done and it is delivered by Sam. However, there is no feedback that it was delivered what time and date!”

All updates will be notified to the email you have provided when you place the order. Once your item has been delivered, you will receive a notification with all the details of your order and that includes the the exact date and time of delivery as well. Rest assured, we value any feedback and always take it into consideration to further enhance our service.
