“We ordered an item via the website. The website is simple to navigate. The price was consistent and clearly shown. A phonecall and a photo of the item were sent to us before the delivery. The item received was as per the website's description. The delivery man was careful and friendly while handing over the item to us. It was a pleasant and smooth experience throughout. One thing I wasn't able to find out though, is how long the item could last or how we can take care of it.”
