“There was much effort put in to communicate with me on the issues regarding the flowers and the delivery. The phone connection over your end was bad though - it was cut off a few times and could hardly hear over our end.”

“I called up the customer service hotline to enquire about the funeral flowers and was told to come down by the kind lady to the HQ to buy and collect immediately. Everything was fuss free and service from the logistics dept was very quick and efficient! I will definitely buy from them again!!”
