“Packaging look nicer than what I see from the website. To be frank, the webstie picture not attractive. By the way, the baby hamper is for baby girl and the staff politely, agreed and help to baby clothing to pink colour instead of blue colour.”

“About your customer service officer who called me to confirm the order - she started rattling off her standard message and did not even give me a chance to talk or ask questions! I had to raise my voice to get her attention and her reply was still not helpful and she just hang up the call on me!! Lousy service for that call.”
