“Delivered as promised and the orchids were beautifully fresh. I had requested a small change to the ribbon colour and it was also attended to. A reminder pre delivery via sms to me to check the accuracy of my message on the gift card is a mark of professionalism and also much appreciated. Great service; many thanks!”
