Poor coordination. When placed order, already told them it’s for Sunday service, no message card needed and detailed instructions was given on delivery. Was still contacted on delivery day to ask for my message and I had to repeat the delivery instructions again. I assumed the instruction for the type of flower arrangement was passed on but it was not and I got a wrong delivery! Frustrating and embarrassing experience to do business with XpressFlower

We understand how important it was for everything to be coordinated smoothly, especially for a Sunday service. We regret that your delivery instructions were not properly followed and that you had to repeat them on the day itself, this should not have happened, and we take full responsibility for the miscommunication. Regarding the floral arrangement, we acknowledge that the initial delivery did not meet your expectations. However, once the issue was brought to our attention, our team acted as quickly as possible and went on-site to re-arrange the flowers according to your original request. We’re glad we were able to resolve it on the same day, but we recognize the experience still fell short. The first time I bought from here. Before sending, it will send a message with photo of the bouquet and ask whether it is ok but for second and third time, I didnt receive it.

This does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide. Regarding your previous order, I see that it was placed during Mother’s Day. During peak periods like this, we unfortunately are not always able to send pre-delivery photos due to the high volume of orders being processed. We acknowledge this is a challenge on our logistics side, and we are actively working on improving this aspect so all customers can consistently receive the same level of service, regardless of the season. The message card was not delivered together with the flowers. The recipient called your customer service last night at 8.40pm but the person was't helpful and couldn't provide the reason. Please check and update me on this. This is very disappointing and does not reflect well on your company.
