“I have contacted them through WhatsApp to have my item customized. Customer service was really helpful with prompt reply. The customized bouquet was what I wanted. Delivery was also within the stated time slot. It was really a pleasant experience with such great service from them. Highly recommended. Thank you XpressFlower :)”
