Worst Site ever, shipment don't arrive, and they give you hard time with the refund (Until this day have not received my refund), and last but not least worst customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought an item at full price, only to find out that it went on sale just a few days later for a significantly lower price. The worst part is, I haven’t even received the item yet! When I contacted customer service to request a price matching or a refund for the price difference, they refused to accommodate my request. This lack of flexibility and customer care is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping here again. It's frustrating to feel like I've been taken advantage of when companies refuse to stand behind their customers.

I received a Ralph Lauren shirt that I had ordered, and it had a hole in the front which they had sewn up, and now they won’t accept it back. The customer service responds to my emails, but their replies seem robotic—no matter what I ask or say, I get the exact same response. This company is no longer worth it. The shirt was either defective or second-hand, which they repaired and sold as new. The only thing they offered me was to put 16 euros in my account... for a Ralph Lauren shirt... it's ridiculous."

Yoox have refused my refund saying I sent them an empty box. This is not true Someone in warehouse is lying . I have been trying to get a refund for 4 months

'd like to describe the shocking and outrages situations that I've been experiencing from yoox customer service from the last 8 days. I've made my purchase 22.09. there were only 5 items. Because after couple of days there were no update on what's going on, I contacted yoox cust service on messenger. The person named JAYZ checked what's going on with the parcel and assured me that it will be shipped the next business day (it was to be Friday). I emphasised that it's crucial for me to get the confirmed information as I was to leave on the next Tuesday. Jayz told me 2 that I can be sure that the parcel would arrive on Monday. It was the first red flag for me cause I knew that UPS doesn't work on weekends. I asked Jayz three times in the conversation how do they estimate it if the parcel is not even shipped yet, is to be shipped on Friday and UPS never works on weekends and the parcel would be in transit for at least 4 days. Jayz ensured me that they checked it and the parcel will be with me on Monday. Guess what... They never shipped my parcel on Friday, so I contacted another agents and went to ... They apologized for Jayz's lack of professionalism and LIED ME again that my parcel is already shipped. I told this person (name RAY) that if they claim that it's shipped then I want to receive the tracking numer cause it's crucial for me as I'm leaving and someone has to take my parcel on my behalf. This liar, cause I don;t even know how to name this person, claimed that they don't have shipping label as it only woul be seen when the parcel arrives to my country. I become angry as hell cause I've made multiple purchases on yoox and I know very well it's a lie. I even pasted the screenshot from their policy which says that the customer can track the parcel from the moment that the label is generated and even before it's even shipped. I asked again if they can confirm that the parcel is shipped as the status was "in preparation". And this liar lied me again. I insisted on the shipping label that why this liar asked me to wait for another agent. Another agent - LAWRENCE - came on the next business day and confirmed that my parcel is shipped. It was another day when the status was "in preparation". The rage that I felt was indescribable. I asked again for the shipping label and then this person changed their mind and told me that my parcel indeed wasn't shipped as the shipping label is not there. At the same time this horrible customer service left me on chat and forced me to be connected with another agent that was not familiarised with the case and I had to paste screenshots and descibe the situation all over again!!! What's more- they told me to wait on the email from customer service couple of times. I only got one email from customer service and you won;t believe what they say - they offered me FREE SHIPPING CODE FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE!!!! when after I've made this particular purchase I immediatly got the FREE SHIPPING CODE FOR ANOTHER 10 SHIPPINGS. I've sent multiple emails to cust service- they never replied. I still don't have my parcel as UPS lost it somewhere in transit and yesterday I spent half of a day taling with yoox cust service that I don;t want this f****g parcel anymore. Guess what they told me - to wait for the email. As yoox is located in EU i"m going to write as many claims as I can. I plan to sue this store and report all possible inspections (including from the employment office), maybe then they will start taking people seriously. I will add at the end that I have proposed a solution to this situation twice, which satisfies me (a normal discount code and no fee for returning the package - due to its terrible delay), but of course the store decided to scold me. So yoox - wait for appropriate legal steps. If anybody is interested - I have all the screenshots from converstation to proove eveything I described above.

I buy a 2 pair of sneakers Philipp Plein ,I payed with Visa card and they sent me just 1 pair but I pay four two pairs and they dont give My money back. I dont order yoox never becouse I dont trust!!!! Yoox give My money back😡😡😡

they sold me fake nike's. the quality was apparent on arrival but they assured me that the sneakers are real. 2 months in in super warm and dry weather the shoes are completely ruined. ive had the same model before and wore them for 2 years with no problem. horrible customer service. tried to leave the review on trustpilot they blocked saying photos is not enough proof. i wonder why proof they want lol. possibly working together too.

Just don't order! Worst customer treatment! I was delivered another dress than ordered. Order number: 1004Y734B24141 I sent photos to customer service and was asked to return the incorrectly delivered item. I did this immediately one day later. All labels were present (Yoox label and Maje brand Label - see photos). I sent it back exactly as I received it. Then came the message that the return would not be accepted - without explanation. Neither the item that was not accepted was returned to me nor was the invoice canceled. Customer service simply doesn't respond. Just don't order here! As soon as you need help, you're out of luck! Payment has to be made and you are simply ignored, even though you received a wrong item that you didn't want!

No return policy whatsoever! Whatever you buy from them, you are stuck with it! Even if it doesn't fit you. They never respond to emails and to me at least, they sent no verification email, so I didn't have an order number. Who can I complain to?

Appauling company...do not waste your money...they sent me boots that had been worn with dirt on the sole in a filthy box...sent 8 emails and rang customer services (in Albania ) I'm in uk they hadn't got a clue about anything...the boots were £58 and they offered me £6 refund..I have to arrange for UPS to come and pick them up which is another major headache..the boots are cheap thin plastic and the sole is rubber...dont waste your money Asos is better quality

Items are misrepresented and advertised, incorrectly. Merchandise is sent in crushed and torn boxes, placed haphazardly in shipping crates without any padding and unsecured. I purchased final sale boots in which the sizing was not advertised correctly or accurately, sent in a crushed and cut up box, and placed, unsecured, in a large shipping crate which caused the boots to fall out of their box and arrive strewn about in the shipping crate. When I addressed this with customer service I was told it wasn't their problem and they were not taking responsibility, that according to their "investigation" the item was as pictured and described, which was absolutely false. Made no mention of the condition of the box or how the item was shipped, for which I provided pictures. What an awful company and shopping experience. Waste of money.

One of the most unfortunate instances of shopping online I have ever had since shopping online became popular. You stop com recently sent me an order that I did not expect nor wanted instead of receiving my strategic Italian ankle sueboots that I ordered and paid for I got a pair of old beaten up worn filthy dirty. Sneakers sized 12. I took pictures and sent everything to Luke's the investigated. If the waiting for these boots for over a month it was, they were clearly stolen by someone who works in the warehouse, replacing the shoes on their feet. The filthy sneakers from my booties. They refuse to believe this incident and have sent me an email stating that they are sending me back. These filthy disgusting pathetic dirty horrible sneakers. I'm not refunding my money. I will never shop with this company again. I do not recommend them. The custom is service is awful. You can barely understand them and there. They will not allow you to speak to a manager of somebody in quality. I never gotta call back from the manager. As one of the customers, services said they would have. Someone call me into 3 hours. Never got the call back. I got only an email stating. They were sending me back these filthy f****** sneakers that were not even mine. This is what I get for being a long time. Customer for 6 years in spending thousands of dollars. They do not care about their customers do not order from this company

Their customer service is only there to explain they have no intention of serving you. This is what they say The order cannot be canceled once the dispatch has been initiated. However, once the Products have been dispatched, and you wish to cancel the order, please reach out to the Customer Support and request for order cancellation. We will put our best effort to avoid attempting a delivery I tried to cancel 4 different times through email, their website social media and PayPal. would not cancel the order sent it to the wrong address -

These guys are terrible with refunds. Received part of my order and that was two months ago and still “it is under investigation with a separate department” - they basically want me to give up and forget about my money, but I’ll keep chasing them every month of every year if I have to. And if they didn’t know, that’s an investment for a court case with backdated payments.
