“Delivered quicker than expected which was good. However, I needed two rolls of wallpaper when your online calculator said one. I think this is the manufacturer deliberately putting odd lengths on the roll so more rolls are needed and there is lots of waste. Please convey my dissatisfaction to the manufacturer.”

“I bought a curtain rail, it arrived promptly, instructions could have been clearer, it was nearly 3 metres long and we had to fit it 4 metres in the air so it was a little awkward, but it is up and looking great.”
