“Excellent customer service from Holly who was extremely professional and polite, price matching the product we wanted as advertised on the website . I have had experiences with other companies saying they price match a product then refusing to honour this, no such issues with your stylish home Delivery was next day even though it was free and the courier was also extremely polite and professional I highly recommend this company”

“Delivery was as expected, communication was good and I am very happy with the product. My only grumble would be the amount of plastic packaging used: I ordered curtain rings, each ring was in a plastic sleeve (from the manufacturer) then they were in a box. The boxes were then in a plastic bag then another plastic bag! Perhaps the company could look into more sustainable packaging options.”

“Very helpful lady in office. Goods arrrived sooner than I expected and look great now installed. Wouldhave given 5 Stars but small allen key missing, fortunately I had one the right size.”

Just to confirm, our published lead time for made to measure curtains is 4-6 weeks and I can see that your order was shipped exactly 6 weeks from when the order was placed. They arrived after you called as you called before the 6 weeks, but they would have been shipped then anyway and we always send a confirmation email to let customers know when their curtains have been shipped which includes the courier tracking so that you would then know when to expect the delivery. “My request was dealt with promptly. The wallpaper arrived within the timeframe quoted. One of the rolls was slightly dented at the end; I am just waiting for the decorator to let me know if it is useable or not.”

“Easy ordering system. Good price. Quick delivery. Only downside was that the delivery date and time wasn't notified so we weren't in. However, parcels were left at local UPS drop off point which was very close.”

“My purchase arrived well packaged. Did it arrive on time? I don't know. The 4 / 5 working days was, admittedly, over the jubilee holiday so I didn't expect it to be quick but a tracking facility would have been handy. Would I use Your Stylish Home again? Yes.”

“Telephone shopping experience was excellent. However I was told by DHL that I would have a delivery on the 8th. After waiting in at 8.30pm I was told that the delivery was delayed until the 9th between 3.50-4.50pm. On the tracking system it did not leave the depot that day There is no information or delivery today 10th therefore I do not have fabric and I am anxious.”
