“Very happy with the quality of the wallpaper. Would have given full stars but it took longer than I had anticipated to deliver. Customer services explained that this was due to suppliers.”

“Very quick service but no email /message to confirm order so left wondering whether order had gone through until dispatch message came thru a few days later. Very speedy and efficient service otherwise. Communication to confirm order being processed would be a big improvement”

“The item was fine, but I was disappointed that there was no further communication after the order was made, and no indication as to when it might arrive. When I emailed an enquiry I received it within 2 days.”

“The 2 curtain poles originally ordered were not delivered, apparently they said they were damaged and therefore did not deliver them to me, no one told me and I had to do the chasing but I can honestly say that the lady I spoke to sorted the problem out with speed and was very helpful. A joy to know there was someone to speak to at the other end.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm sorry for any confusion that may be caused by this and just to explain why this is required: Some wallpapers are listed on our website showing more than one reference number and when this happens all numbers are shown on the page you see it on our website. In this case, there are 3 different reference numbers and these are the 3 references numbers given by the brand and it's because they have the wallpaper listed in 3 different collections, which means we have to list all the numbers in case you have seen it in one of the collections and search just for that one reference number and wouldn't find it. Once again, I'm sorry for any confusion that may be caused by this but I hope you can understand why we have to list all the brand's reference numbers. “Easy to navigate website and order. Product arrived safely. Just a little delayed, but I understand held up by holidays between Christmas and New Year at the supplier. The UPS courier delivered very quickly after pick up.”

“Had to order one more roll of wallpaper. I rang customer services to ensure the extra roll had the same batch number. The extra roll arrived the next working day and had the same batch number as the original rolls. Good service.”
