“really easy website to navigate. Checkout allowed refund of sample costs and "black friday" discount. Dispatched very promptly and received via UPS. Unfortunately, one end of the parcel was completely unsealed and contents could have been mislaid. The driver was aware and kept it safe. Customer services replied quickly and offered an immediate replacement if damaged. Very good company to deal with.”

“Good site only issue I had was with the product filters, have bought a lot of the "Antique brass" but there is no filter for this so had to go through lots of pages to get to what I wanted, otherwise all good”

“I placed my order and all seemed well, I was happy with the anticipated delivery. Then received an email to say it was out of stock and was given an anticipated date for more coming in. I am glad that they arrived before that date and they seem good value for money.”

I believe what may have happened is that once your order was placed it took the last of the available stock which in turn then made it out of stock, so I'm sorry for any confusion caused. “Great shopping experience and flawless delivery. My only gripe has to be with the lack of clarity around the fire retardant specs of fabrics. I find that the average person wouldn’t understand the codes used on the website. But that’s my only criticism.”

“Unfortunately, I got the wrong paper delivered but not My Stylish Homes fault but the wallpaper manufacturer. Anyway MSH were very helpful and it got sorted...excellent wallpaper”
