“Having ordered the wrong diameter curtain pole, Neil in your customer service department, was extremely helpful. He made us aware of the options available to us, which we were very grateful for. Our replacement pole has now been fitted and curtains hung. However, my only concern is the softness of the wood, it dents and marks at the least touch, and the very basic quality of the paint used - almost air brushed on. Not brilliant considering the cost of the pole.”

“They have a very wide range of fabrics and provide samples promptly. The ordering was easy and the curtains came sooner than I had dared hope. The patterns have been matched well and the tapes pulled through to the correct width and hooks inserted. Unfortunately the hooks didn’t fit our hoops but replacing was easy. The corner of one curtain doesn’t hang quite right but I hope that time or an iron will sort it out. Both pairs look good. I wanted plain rope tie backs but these don’t appear to be available so I will have to seek elsewhere”

“Store was good providing item at a good price however product came without any caps for the end brackets which looks unsightly as brackets have about six holes in them middle support brackets have caps but end brackets don't!”

“Had fabulous selection of wallpapers to choose from and had exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a couple of samples of the same design, different colours, which arrived promptly. Once I had chosen which one I wanted I ordered five rolls and once again they arrived promptly and very well packaged. I was also kept up to date throughout the whole process. Very impressed and would definitely use again in the future.”

“Product ok, dispatch leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered 12 days ago and 2 emails & 2 calls to customer service later I’m waiting for urgent delivery - tomorrow. DEEPLY UNIMPRESSED by lack of communication. Will not buy from them again.”

Good afternoon Linda Flintoft, Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated where this despatch failed. We are very sorry that you encountered such delays with your delivery. We originally posted the rings via the delivery method you chose (Royal Mail). This despatch went directly from our supplier to you which is a procedure we had in place until around 10 days ago and we were unaware that you had not received them until 27th June when you spoke to one of our team to highlight this problem. We agreed to resend the rings but what we hadn’t factored in was a change in our normal procedure whereby we get the rings and other smaller items sent to us first before sending them on to customers and this added days to the replacements being sent and we are very sorry for this added inconvenience. As a token gesture we agreed to upgrade the delivery service free of charge to a DPD courier to get them to you within 24hrs rather than relying on the postal service. Please accept our apologies once again for the unacceptable delay you encountered and we have reviewed not only this order but our entire despatch procedure to ensure this is not repeated.
