“I recently bought curtain rails from yourselves and your service was very good, especially in arranging supply of screws which Swish had forgotten to include. I would like to comment that the screws were very small with exceptionally small heads in order to fit the very slim track. This resulted in 2 of them breaking whilst I was inserting them. I managed to get one out but not the other. Fortunately the runners just clear it. Perhaps a cross point headed screw would be stronger. In addition I will need to lubricate the runners as they do not slide very well and wonder if the plastic has been changed.”

“First time we used FI but would consider again. Curtains were the same material but way cheaper than John Lewis and came very quickly. The curtains came pre-pleated (i.e. they had tightened the tape already) and with the hooks inserted, saving us one job. Only minor complaint - hooks were at the top of the heading tape - assuming they would hang beneath a pole or rail - when we wanted the hooks at the bottom of the tape for a standard rail. Since we expected the hooks just to come in a bag, it's not really a complaint. FI - you might want to think about either a sentence somewhere saying this is how your curtains are sent so we know what to expect.”

“Very nice antique brass and brass curtain rails well packed to keep good condition. Good instructions for assembling. Look absolutely beautiful now up. Very happy with service, although one hold back was wrong, another sent to replace straight away.”

“The price, ordering and delivery updates were very good but unfortunately they were let down by the poor packaging of the fabric i ordered. We received it with a hole in the (very dusty) plastic wrapping which resulted in a dirty mark on the fabric.”

“On this occasion the double curtain pole, brackets and finials were in two separate parcels. The pole arrived on time but unfortunately the brackets and finials have only just arrived two days later. Apparently the second parcel was put on the wrong van! These things happen! Haven’t opened yet so hope it is all there.”
