“Good choice of things on website I was looking for wallpaper, The calculator facility was very good to make sure you didn't run out or have too much surplus. The down side being the delivery was made by DPD and their delivery slots leave much to be desired they need to be more realistic as it is advertised next day deliver my order took 3 days to reach me very late in the day. I am pleased with the products received and also the efficiency of being able to contact them with regards to returns of unused items. It was just the delivery that stopped my awarding 5 stars.”

“I ordered 4 items but only received 4 3 were only samples at £0.99 but that’s not the point as when I messaged they said they hadn’t received the order,even though I sent my PayPal confirmation showing I had. However when I rang up to order 10 metres of fabric the lady who took my order was amazing so did make up for the other bad service. If you ever find my missing sample it’s the ticking stripe duck egg blue in Clarke and Clarke Thank you x”

“I purchased samples of the Cole & Son Mariinsky Damask Giselle wallpaper in 3 different colours. I went on to buy rolls of 2 of the 3 colours. The wallpaper colours were very close to the online images and the quality standard was as expected. The customer service was prompt and efficient. The only reason I have awarded 4 out of 5 stars is the samples were a bit small - it would have been very helpful to have a full width sample with a full repeat down. I know the wallpaper is expensive but it was hard to visualise the paper in situ with the A4 sample received. The cost of the samples is partly offset anyway - I paid for 3 samples.”

“Swatch sent promptly. Ordered wallpaper by telephone and was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the lady I spoke to. Only problem was that I received no notification from delivery service and had to pick the parcel up myself. Otherwise, everything was brilliant.”

“Very good service up to delivery unfortunately the order for velum blinds then goes straight through velum itself. They use parcel force for delivery which is not the best service. You have to pay for post office drop off, or collect from local parcel force 25miles away or wait in all day,”

“When I found the website, their prices where very competitive, but when I tried to pay online it wouldn't allow me to do so. I did start a live chat & then the guy called to make payment. It was all fine in the end”

“Direct replacement for a 12yr old one,was not advised when it was on the way all other sellers do you appear not to. Tracking a a bit vague but it did get here ok. A really good purchase at a very good price well done”
