“The order was expedited with great speed. Unfortunately the instructions (for fitting the curtain rail) weren't included. However Dawn McAlister rapidly emailed a set and, the last time I looked the new rail & curtains were still hanging!!”

“Great wallpaper and cheaper than elsewhere. I think the 6.95 for delivery is a bit OTT especially since it too a while to come but I am pleased with the product.”

“Very good service and quality of product...only minor issues I have relate to lack of WRITTEN instructions and the amount of paper waste due to everything being duplicated for numerous countries....sadly, both are common factors these days. I would also like to know what guarantee the blinds carry please?”

“Good selection of blinds, great prices, easy to order and quick delivery. Blinds not so easy to install though, despite instructions and both being very competent at DIY.....however, got there in the end and blinds look lovely.”

“Nice looking pole, quite sturdy and good fixing points. Arrived when expected and very well packed. Only downside is my curtains have hoops and this causes the curtains to rub on the pole behind and drag the voile along when you close them.”

“Arrived quickly undamaged, well priced but poles made up of quite short spliced lengths which are noticeable if stained but fine if painted and 1 out of 4 slightly out of true but acceptable.”

“Product as appeared on screen, good quality. I ordered 1 metre and it arrived by courier wound a long cardboard tube. It could have been folded and put into an envelope and saved money.”

We do aim with a good majority of our fabrics to offer a folded service on low quantity meterage, some of our fabrics are sent direct from the manufacturer and some are not suitable for folding so it does not always make it possible. We will however review this and talk with our manufactures to see if we can get them on board with doing this for us. “Fabric in stock = a big bonus. Delivery took a little longer than expected (11 days/7working days) but excellent communication and delivered in good condition. Have used FIs on several occasions and they are top of my online go-to fabric sources. Customer delighted with her new lamp shade. Drapes & Dressings”
