“Willpaper arrived on time and in good condition but had to send 2 rolls back and took a while to get refunded but would still use again.”

“The lady who took my order was fantastic and the material I ordered is exactly as I expected. There were a couple of blips with my order which meant one part of it didn't come at all until I chased it up and I also got a message to ring them whilst on holiday which was a bit of a hassle but I would use again and would recommend.”

“Great fabric at a good price and speedy delivery. Once again had problems with the website which told me my order hadn’t been placed and paid for when it had. Telephone call sorted the problem though.”

“Having been let down at the last minute by John Lewis. The ladies in the showroom were really helpful in showing me all of the wallpaper samples they had for my colour scheme. Was easy to order and the wallpaper arrived within 3 days.”

“Service and fabric quality was good but the colours were less vivid than I expected from the screen image.However, I have not seen the William Morris original so they may be true to that.”

“I recently bought curtain rails from yourselves and your service was very good, especially in arranging supply of screws which Swish had forgotten to include. I would like to comment that the screws were very small with exceptionally small heads in order to fit the very slim track. This resulted in 2 of them breaking whilst I was inserting them. I managed to get one out but not the other. Fortunately the runners just clear it. Perhaps a cross point headed screw would be stronger. In addition I will need to lubricate the runners as they do not slide very well and wonder if the plastic has been changed.”

“On this occasion the double curtain pole, brackets and finials were in two separate parcels. The pole arrived on time but unfortunately the brackets and finials have only just arrived two days later. Apparently the second parcel was put on the wrong van! These things happen! Haven’t opened yet so hope it is all there.”

“Having ordered the wrong diameter curtain pole, Neil in your customer service department, was extremely helpful. He made us aware of the options available to us, which we were very grateful for. Our replacement pole has now been fitted and curtains hung. However, my only concern is the softness of the wood, it dents and marks at the least touch, and the very basic quality of the paint used - almost air brushed on. Not brilliant considering the cost of the pole.”

“They have a very wide range of fabrics and provide samples promptly. The ordering was easy and the curtains came sooner than I had dared hope. The patterns have been matched well and the tapes pulled through to the correct width and hooks inserted. Unfortunately the hooks didn’t fit our hoops but replacing was easy. The corner of one curtain doesn’t hang quite right but I hope that time or an iron will sort it out. Both pairs look good. I wanted plain rope tie backs but these don’t appear to be available so I will have to seek elsewhere”

“Store was good providing item at a good price however product came without any caps for the end brackets which looks unsightly as brackets have about six holes in them middle support brackets have caps but end brackets don't!”

“The website was very easy to use , the service was very good , but when my velvet arrive and unpacked there were a few ripple creases, it looks like when you put on roller you stood it up and the velvet slipped down and therefore creased , but otherwise all good .”
