“good arrived promptly, poles slightly damaged but they had to be cut to size so wasn't any issue, have used them a few times and quite pleased overall”

We have reviewed the delivery we can see your order was placed on at 08:33 26/01/18 and delivery was made on the 29/01/18 by UPS this would stay within our next working day delivery. We do wish we could offer a next day service but unfortunately we can only offer working day deliveries due to costing. “I am very happy with the two mechanism. However the packaging caused a problem, they came together in one package one on top of the other instead of side by side and it was impossible to get the parcel in the lift which meant a second delivery was necessary and I lost a weekend of being able to use the items and also wasted a second morning waiting in for the delivery”

“Good company got what I needed at a good price. The only problem was delivery. It took too long considering it's only about 20 miles away from me. If this is sorted then out it will be great on all counts.”

“Really pleasant and helpful lady found out exactly why more order hadn't shipped (they were waiting for the accompanying fabric), but then sent the wallpaper through and called me to let me know thats what she had done.”

“I think they provided me with product I could not locate elsewhere, 35 mm brass passing rings for a reasonable price. But they cold have let me know whether parcel was dispatched as I was wondering if my order had been processed. Thanks.”

“Integra corded curtain rail: Delivery was prompt. Rail cords are rather short when used at full extension (2.2m.) and finials do not appear to fit tightly, unlike other Integra rails which I have previously purchased.”
