“I was under the impression on ordering that the hooks would be on sliding fixings. They were not and too near top of Curtains so had to take them all out which was very difficult.”

“I am very satisfied with the purchases I made but had to take off a star for the very poor packaging. Two open ended long packages with parcel tape wrapped around where they were joined together is not good enough. As I carried it into the house they fell apart. This could have happened earlier in transit and the contents would have been lost.”

“The 3 blackout blinds were reasonable quality and a good price (much better than those available from the original window manufacturer's)! My only gripes & comments are: 1. One blind had only one strip of adhesive tape instead of two. 2. The black out was not total (not a problem in this case) 3. The fabric was a bit ripply, probably due to the fitting of the little rubber guide pips along each edge. 4. Suggest that you use a bradawl for making holes in the window frame for the 6 screws.”

“Great choice of products and the most competitive price for the fabric I needed. It was despatched very quickly, although TNT as the courier weren't so good.”

“The curtains and tie backs themselves are lovely. However, they were dispatched earlier than first stated and I was on holiday. There was a problem getting the parcel re-delivered and when it arrived the box was bent and broken and looked like it had be thrown about quite a lot. Consequently whilst the curtains themselves were not damaged, they were quite creased. I am pleased with my new curtains, the delivery was not good!”

It is true this was produced faster than even we would usually anticipate with it being completed and despatched within a week, to see there was then a problem with getting it delivered to you caused a further problem is not acceptable so I have logged a complaint with the courier involved so they are aware of the issue. “Very happy with wallpaper. Ordered extra just in case I ran out, returned a roll, took 2 weeks to refund from receipt, which I found too long”
