“The curtain rail purchased (4.8m) represented good value for money. Delivery was quicker than expected. Packing was ok, the end of each pole was damaged with no damage to packaging. However as I had to trim a bit off each pole this did not cause any real concern. When we phoned prior to purchase they were most helpful, I would purchase again from this company.”

“I was pleased with th pole , it's up and looks good. However I was disappointed with the amount of rings not nearly enough to let the curtains hang nicely I need the same amount again. So I will have to get more. Kind regards mrs Taylor.”

We are happy to read that you were pleased with the curtain pole you ordered, but sad to read that you were disapointed with the amount of curtain rings in the set. All curtain pole sets come with 10 rings per metre as an industry standard, (it also says this on our site on each page that show curtain poles sets) and extra curtain rings are also shown as an added extra if required. If you need any help ensuring that you select the extra rings that you feel you need that co-ordinate with your curtain pole, then please don't hesitate to call our customer services team on 02476 011299 who will be happy to help you. I have had a look in to this for you and can see that your order was despatched 2 days after you placed your order and we also sent you an email to let you know, so that you knew when to expect delivery and who the courier was. Unfortunately TNT inform us that they cannot commit to a time of day your delivery will take place, as it very much depends on where you are on the drivers round on that particular day. “I had a problem with one of the roof blinds I purchased recently (a missing retainer). A new blind was sent out quickly without any hassle. Good sevice.”

“The curtain fabric was cheaper than my local store and the quality of the curtains were made well. However to get a 5th star I would have expected the stronger curtain hooks to be used for such heavy curtains.”

“Good website, easy to compare prices of different options. The only reason I don't give 5 for my made to measure curtains was that I thought the heading tape was rather poor quality - very thin cords which cut your hands when trying to pull them up, and the final effect was not a neat row of "pencils" but more like the old-fashioned random gathers.”

“Curtains arrived earlier than expected and fitted perfectly. Rated you 4star because:- The fabric was predominantly white but the curtain linings were cream which shows through and dulls the whiteness of the Sanderson fabric. I also like to tuck the the curtain pleat tape in but the ends of tape are stitched. Normally there is a pocket into which the loose excess cord can be tucked away.”

Hello Rosalind, It's great to hear the curtains arrived early and were made perfectly. We made the curtains to your specifications which included the cream lining. White lining was available from the options when you placed your order. I can see what you're referring to when you mention about the lack of pocket for the excess cord - we recommend cutting it once tied off so that it's neat.
