“ZAFUL IS TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. Lord knows I would give zero starts if i could. Do not order from here if you’re expecting to get your orders in a timely manner. It ordered 4 Swimsuits on February 4th. They claim that it takes 3-7 business for processing then it will ship. Yet Low and Behold it is February 17th and it still says processing on my order. I’ve called 17 times in the last 3 days and have only spoken to someone 3 times of those 17 calls. They kept sending me to an automated message. The first time spoke to someone they said it will ship on the 15th. Well that didn’t happen. I called on the 16th and was told it was going to shop that day... well here it is.. the 17th of January and the operator told me that the date has been moved again and I should receive my order the 1st week of March. Yeah they plays all day long. I canceled the order and requested a refund. Then she had the nerve to ask me did I want it refunded to my Zaful account or to the original payment method. GIRRRLLL quit playing with me lol.”
“I’ve ordered a hoodie on 7th February, they said that processing the order will take no more that 7 days. And guess what, it still says processing. If I don’t recieve a confirmation about the dispatch, I’m gonna try requesting a refund. When I contacted the in-app customer service it sounded like a bot was replying. I have a feeling that I got scammed.”
“Every time I ordered from Zaful I had an issue. Whenever I need to return or exchange something it is the hardest most complicated process for no reason. I spoke with customer service on the phone today about this issue, since the online support team are not helping me what so ever online. They just copy and paste the same response and do not even try to work with you. The lady I spoke with on the phone HUNG UP ON ME while I was speaking with her because she got frustrated with me and was just as unhelpful. This is the WORST service I have ever seen from a company. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never buy from Zaful again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never order from here and waste their time and money. Additionally, the clothing is made very cheap and the sizes are never accurate. If I could leave no stars I would.”

The return policy is restrictive, the fees applied (both restock and shipping) are exorbitant and the service is horrible. I placed my order on January 13th thinking that was plenty of time before my February 27th Trip. It's been 4 weeks and I have not received any tracking information.
SO I decided to place an order with their competitor SHEIN because I only have 2 weeks until my vacation, I need bathing suits and they basically sell the exact same stuff. It's been less then 24 hours since I placed my order and I already have tracking!!!
NOW cancelling my order with ZAFUL is going to take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to refund my money?? I can refund customers at my business within 24hrs MAX. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
I've contacted them 3 times and not once did I get an apology on behalf of the company or offered some type of resolution. I asked if it would ship within 2 WEEKS and they couldn't answer me, YET I get emails saying "customer service is our TOP priority" LIES!! ITS YOUR LAST PRIORITY.
The reps you talk to online don't answer any questions just beat around the bush. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!”
“Terrible service, there are always shipment mess ups and you struggle to get a refund which when you receive it, is short. When logging a ticket your ticket never gets resolved. Worse online shopping experience I have ever had.”

Never recieved my goods, Zaful refused to refund my money claiming that I have received my order. when i asked for proof they sent me a different tracking no. which also had no info of proof that i had received them.
PLEASE if you are going to purchase from this dishonest company, please only pay through PayPal. and keep all your info they send you. Even if their site says no refund, don't believe them if paypal see they are in the wrong you will be refunded..Hope this helps”
“If I could leave negative reviews I would. I ordered 4 items over a month ago. 1 of them fit me well. It was a polka dot dress. The others, which included a swimsuit, and two blouses, were not as described or pictured. I have been trying to return the blouses (can't return the swimsuit :() and two different customer service reps have told me I'd get a return email with directions in three days of speaking with them. I still haven't gotten an email and that was 10 days ago. Now mysteriously all of their phones are down... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ZAFUL again!! Horrible business that should be put out of business!! I cannot stress that enough! Don't waste your money here!”
“I placed an order with express shipping on Jan 21st. The order has not been shipped out to this day (Feb 4th). I have emailed them a couple of times and they have told me my order is ready to be shipped. However, It has been a full week since then and they still haven’t shipped it. They replied saying they have Lunar new year, and will be processing orders after Feb 10th. If I knew this from the beginning I wouldn’t have ordered from them. They should post this on their website because some us pay for express shipping to get it faster.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Package shows out for delivery 2 months ago but was never delivered. Due to a typo with the zip code, package apparently was returned to Zaful over a month ago. Zaful has no customer service number, so you are forced to submit support tickets via email. I have submitted so many I have lost count in search of a resolution that is always responded with a vague “we will look into this and get back to you” which never happens. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. It’s very simple. Just refund the money or resend the items. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this.”
