“It was horrible I order some bikinis while I was on vacantion and I thought it would be shipped before I left but my mistake I Didn’t really understand what business days ment and then I asked if they could ship it to Aruba I would have payed for shipping they said no and that I would have to ask family members to bring it but I don’t have any there but anyways ok we had another way to just leave it at the hotel and the hotel would ship it but it was never shiped there they said it was shipped back to the sender I asked for a refund because they said my package was all ready destroyed by them but they kept apologizing and said no so now I lost $50 that is 87florins!!!!”

“Do not purchase anything from this website ! They’re horrible . I bought a bathing suit and they didn’t ship to the correct address. Instead of fixing the problem they kept telling me to contact USPS. So I contacted USPS and was informed that they had returned the item to zaful.
It’s so frustrating that they take your money and don’t care if you got your item .they take forever to respond to your emails.”
“There clothes are not true to size one bit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will make you pay for shipping if you decide to return it. And they won’t answer your questions in the zaful support page. I’ve tried getting a clear response from them for weeks about how much I’ll be refunded. And they won’t say the amount. And now they are asking for PayPal information. And neglected to email me when they received the package to tell me they needed it. Overall this company sucks. They make you go back and forth with a rep from overseas at least 3 times before finally agreeing to let you return the items. Then you can return it at your own cost. “First off...ordered a fleece lined jacket adult male XL and received a young boys XL jacket. When I looked up the return policy it said to return it to Curtinland POBOX 841 Rancho Cucamonga Ca but when the return label printed it had ChengPengjie on it. Looked up Curtinland and it's a post office. Could not find a Email that would work for this company, and after reading the negative reviews, I decided to keep the jacket because if I mail this back I will most likely be out of the money and the jacket. Hopefully someone will buy it from me. Never would I buy from Zaful again!”

“I ordered an item for my grandson’s birthday. I received an email that they were adding an extra week to the delivery date, Which gets the gift passed his birthday. I tried to cancel but they never answer the phones and they never answer emails. I have an open case with PayPal to try and cancel the side him. Do they care? No! They will not cancel!”

I ordered a pair of jeans, first return policy is very bad, awful..they were stalling me with days, do, this, do that, send us pic. of your product...finally they send me return confirmation and they were saying that will keep sum of money I paid for the product..at the end I paid $13 for return at USPS. Absurd!!! SHAME!!!
