If I could’ve given zero stars I would have. I Ordered something 10 days ago for Christmas which is now three days away, three days before Christmas still no shipping. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to get information they had none. couldn’t even tell me when it would be in stock. One item is shipping out from the factory as I was told, but they can’t tell me where that factory is NEVER ORDER from this company!

Do not purchase anything from this website ! They’re horrible . I bought a bathing suit and they didn’t ship to the correct address. Instead of fixing the problem they kept telling me to contact USPS. So I contacted USPS and was informed that they had returned the item to zaful. It’s so frustrating that they take your money and don’t care if you got your item .they take forever to respond to your emails.

There clothes are not true to size one bit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will make you pay for shipping if you decide to return it. And they won’t answer your questions in the zaful support page. I’ve tried getting a clear response from them for weeks about how much I’ll be refunded. And they won’t say the amount. And now they are asking for PayPal information. And neglected to email me when they received the package to tell me they needed it. Overall this company sucks. Their clothes are nothing like the pictures. And their Return policy is shit

This place is awful! Ordered 3 bathing suits and after trying them on decided fo return them. For a company that touts “customer experience being the most important thing,” they couldn’t have a worse return policy. They make you go back and forth with a rep from overseas at least 3 times before finally agreeing to let you return the items. Then you can return it at your own cost. This place is such a scam...definitely never shopping here again!

First off...ordered a fleece lined jacket adult male XL and received a young boys XL jacket. When I looked up the return policy it said to return it to Curtinland POBOX 841 Rancho Cucamonga Ca but when the return label printed it had ChengPengjie on it. Looked up Curtinland and it's a post office. Could not find a Email that would work for this company, and after reading the negative reviews, I decided to keep the jacket because if I mail this back I will most likely be out of the money and the jacket. Hopefully someone will buy it from me. Never would I buy from Zaful again!

They shipped my order wrong. I originally payed $44 and they only offered $33 as a refund. Do not order from here.

I ordered an item for my grandson’s birthday. I received an email that they were adding an extra week to the delivery date, Which gets the gift passed his birthday. I tried to cancel but they never answer the phones and they never answer emails. I have an open case with PayPal to try and cancel the side him. Do they care? No! They will not cancel!

There is no 0 or below, otherwise, I would give the lowest...Disaster!!! I ordered a pair of jeans, first return policy is very bad, awful..they were stalling me with days, do, this, do that, send us pic. of your product...finally they send me return confirmation and they were saying that will keep sum of money I paid for the product..at the end I paid $13 for return at USPS. Absurd!!! SHAME!!! I shop at H&M, ASOS, Shein, Amazon and many others, this has never happened. Shameful way of riping of people..this is not the way to promote your self. Customers above all!!

I ordered my package on the 7th of November waited 7 business days as requested when my package didn't show I contacted customers service they apologized and said I provided the wrong zipcode so I gave them my information again to correct it and was told to wait 10 business days when my package still didnt show I contacted them again they said that it was my fault because of the wrong zipcode even though I corrected it on the 23rd of November and they said to wait for the 23rd of December and see if it shows up I asked for my money back and they said no it was my fault and then I asked for a supervisor and they said they were gone and I could only talk to them this is the worst customer service there is

I ordered my item on November 7ths and then waited 7 business days like I was asked and no package so I contacted the customer service rep on their website and they told me my zipcode was wrong so I provided the correct info and was told to wait 10 business days so I did and still no package when I contacted them again they said it was my fault and I had to wait until the 23rd of December to maybe get my package when I asked for my money back they said no because it was my fault I didnt give the correct information even after I did on the 23rd of November I asked for a supervisor and they said they were gone still no package and no money back with nothing to do awful customer service!

They are just ZAWFUL!!!! DO NOT bother! Their prices is not worth chasing. USPS or UPS or the the headache of getting a refund Customer service line is no help. They did nothing to make it right. They deserve ZERO STARS!!!
