Ordered pants on November 19th. It is now December 3rd and they still haven't shipped. I wanted my order to be here by December 13th, but they are telling me that I won't get it until January 5th. I Contacted several people at Zaful, and all of the employees were rude, and blaming me for all of the shipping problems. Never ordering from Zaful again!

This company is terrible. Bought three items. The quality was awful and didn’t fit properly. Looked very cheap. Wouldn’t let me return. Wasted my money and will never shop there again. Customer service is horrendous.

Ordered 100€ worth of clothes on November 5Th . Paid for express shipping. It is now the 3 december and still isnt here. They made up sevral excuses and then asked for me to pay €50 tax . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Never never never purchase anything from this company. They do not work to resolve problems, and they lay the blame on the consumer. They shipped my product to the wrong address and then rerouted it to another wrong address and are telling me that it's not their fault. They are thieves

Horrible product, awful customer service. I ordered several times from ZAFUL and every time was thoroughly disappointed in what I received. The fit and quality of fabric was poor. The customer service is nonexistent. Each time I had an issue, the respondent apologized and asked if I wanted to return the item and get a 20% refund for the item. I was also expected to pay return shipping. I am beyond disappointed. Worst experience EVER!

My items took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and when they did the materials felt cheap. It was a three day process just to get information to return the items and when I did they wouldn’t pay for my return shipping in full. I’m never ordering anything from zaful again.

Absolutely unsatisfied with customer service and the company policy. I placed the order then called 1 minute after to change the size, they said they cannot do it. After, I received Order I wanted to exchange item they said we cannot I said I didn’t see the policy. They didn’t car said we cannot help you at this point 🤷🏻‍♀️. Horrible experience with customer service. No terms and conditions regarding return and exchange. Not recommended. Horrible experience and absolutely unacceptable customer service......would never buy anything from them again!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if that were possible. They shipped to the wrong address, claimed that I inputted the address wrong, but it wasn't a typo, it was a completely different address that doesn't exist. Then they said they wouldn't refund because it was my mistake. Then they changed their minds and said they would refund me and it would be issued within 14 business days, then apparently changed their minds again, never gave me my money back, and just kept telling me their policy was no refunds for customer error. A truly awful and infuriating experience the entire time. Do not shop here.

Worst service ever not to mention the quality of the products I ordered are maybe one of the worst I've ever seen. I contacted the company on their site by submitting a ticket the day I received the first package from my order which should come as a whole to be totally honest. That was the only item I opened, a floral print tee and to my surprise the quality was horrible, polyester and smelly and the size was wrong. I told them I want to return the items because of bad quality and wrong size and demanded a full refund. Their answers were totally not genuine, always directing you to the link about their return policies which state about refunds of the original cost when the item is returned. On the ticket however they never state that but only offer two options and both of them are PARTIAL refunds which is disgustingly offensive for any customer to hear. I submitted the ticket to PayPal, the same day and they say the exact same thing, directing me to their return policies link which says about "Refund of the original cost once the items are returned" but still they only offer partial refund on PayPal's resolution chat. I also want to mention how they blocked any tracking information the day I submitted the ticket and how this information has now totally changed since the last time we communicated on PayPal. They also stated that the after-grace period for returns start as soon as I receive the last product which magically takes ages to deliver and has a messed up tracking information history. Shady company, bad quality products, uncooperative customer service and based on the massively negative reviews I advice people to NEVER, EVER order anything from them.

I called twice to get refunded and once in a ticket over the last two months. Still have not received my refund. In addition you can see they tried to pay me off to take away the bad review I wrote them on TrustPilot. I would consider taking it away if the company refunded my money and sent me the bikini that ordered SIX MONTHS AGO. So much back and forth with the company to try and get my swim suit, I was even willing to repay shipping. Now I just want my money back. Shake my head this company sucks.

I have had such a frustrating experience with an exchange. It took me 3 “tickets” to get a return address from them. I returned the item to ZAFUL on 9/25/19 and asked for a smaller size. I received a notice in 10/18 that the order had been returned because they sent it to me with the incorrect zip code. I had to submit another “ticket” to advise them of this issue and who knows when I will receive the correct item. Good product - Horrible customer service. An exchange taking over a month? That’s ridiculous. Good luck to you future customers. Hope you don’t need to exchange anything.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Be warned, there are no returns on swimwear. All final sale. It doesn't say that when you buy the bathing suit, nor on the bathing suit pages. You find out after the fact, and then it is buried in he "return" language on the website. That's their prerogative, but should be more clear upfront. Venus and other companies take back bathing suits. Won't be shopping here ever again. PS. Every bathing suit bottom is basically a thong, so if that's the look you're going for, you'll be happy. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

I order my package back in June. It never arrive at my house and got sent back to zaful. Read my correspondence with them below. I have also called them twice to have my money refunded and I still havent gotten it back. Worst company ever. Do NOT order from them. They are completely uncooperative
