“One of the worst online shopping experience. Only 2 out of the 4 items that I ordered arrived (after 2 months). I asked a refund for the 2 items that I never received and they took olmost 1 YEAR to send me my money back. I'll never buy anything again on zaful.”
“Absolutely awful experience with the return policy. Was told that I could only have a partial refund of 30% even though the clothes were still in perfect condition, unworn with tags still on. And I had requested this refund within the 30 day period. No where on the website does it state that a full refund can not be provided, this is incredibly misleading and a huge waste of money! Will never ever order from Zaful again, would rather buy from a normal website where I am able to easily send a parcel back and receive a full refund if I wish it.”

“My daughter ordered 3 swimsuits, 2 arrived, do not fit well! It took over almost 2 monthw to arrive. The 3rd swimsuit never did arrive so Zaful now has put the funds in a "wallet" for later spending instead of a refund. “This is unbelievable. I was so happy to found your site. One friend of mine suggested me your site. She was impressed by your products, your price and the delivery (standard delivery, no taxes)
So I wanted to buy also from you. I informed my coworkers and 3 girls made the order (113€ in total, 61€ the first parcel, 32€ the second). I changed the standard delivery to express delivery (to have the order faster and please my coworkers) through the online chat but no one advise me that the standard delivery has no taxes. You did it though when i sent to the online chat and i asked to cancel the second parcel, you advised me not to cancel but to change the delivery to standard for low or none taxes. Why you did n t fo that in in the first place? You knew it..you should take care of your customers then..Now the express delivery asks for 92€ for the first parcel and they would ask the same amount for the second. We chose your company for the low rates. We cannot afford to pay more... If i accept the parcel and open it and try the products you would receive it back and return me the money. But if i won t accept it you will destroy the package?? If the delivery couldn t find me, or if the parcel get lost what it would happen then? So you punish me for my sincere?
I am really disappointed. I am 35years old and I buy online all the time. It is the first time something like that happens to me.”
“Really horrible. I had to return a few items and its been months and Zaful is still refusing to credit $200 back to my credit card. They claim that the items have not been received and tells me to wait 7-10 business days and so i wait week after week getting the same response. I show them my return receipt but no escalation has taken place and at this point i don't believe they will refund me at all.”
“After reading these reviews, I realized I’m not the only one that has had a problem with ZAFUL. I returned a few items myself and told them that it didn’t fit so returned them and my so call “my wallet” has not been credited. I sent several emails and even spoke to someone over the phone. Customer service is horrible and it’s been 3 months and still no credit.”
“The first time I placed an order for two items. They arrived separetely, one of them was lovely and the second was the wong size... But I was like ok, it's cheap lets re order, the second attempt might be better.... NEVER AGAIN I ordered 3 items this time only one arrived (which I must say was nice) I waited about 6 weeks for the other 2 but they never arrived. I was told everytime I asked that I had to wait.... or change my items. So one I I changed my order and they had the nerve to ask my to pay a price difference of 4$ ! Obviously I was outraged by how bad the customer service was after having waited so bloody long for my order. They then accepted to "refund" me, but obvously not to my account, but to what they call "zaful wallet", I am still waiting for this !! I even wonder if its a genuine thing! “Pretty much ditto. The merchandise is really cheap and does not look like the pictures. Everything I ordered ran really small. I contacted them and they gave me a list of suggestions regarding what I could do with the purchase including donating it. They do not refund so I opted to exchange. They are supposed to be sending me a label which I have yet to receive. I have heard nothing from them since for a month. When you go to the site to get help it says the "application" for return has been received.
Bottom line; Don't waste your money.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted to return an item - this is proving impossible. The website leads you through a labyrinthe of 'online chats' (that go nowhere) and options about how to receive a refund, but then does not supply a returns label, so no action can be taken. I have been trying for a couple of weeks now. I can only assume they are playing a long game so that my 30 days legal right expires. I think this company should be investigated by a consumer watchdog. It has an appalling level of service. I see others have similar experience, I am going to begin legal proceedings. Small amount of money, but if they are screwing over a lot of people for small amounts, that still means big profits for them. I imagine they use child labour etc etc as clearly their business ethics are non-existent.”
“The stuff I ordered was cute when I saw it online however, the quality of the products are very poor and a lot of the material are beginning to rip after only a few wears. It took about 2 months for the order to deliver which is understandable due to me living in Canada and it being shipped from China, however when I contacted the provider and asked about the whereabouts of the product, I was only told to wait it out and not given an overall understanding of why its still had no arrived. A lot of the clothing was not true to size as-well, as it fit very small and I intended it to be oversized as I ordered 2 sizes up. The bathing suit was made with okay material however the straps kept falling off and it did not provide the support I hoped for. After wearing the bathing suit twice, it has already began to rip and stretch which is disappointed because of the amount of money I spent on it did not justify for its horrible quality. I am very hesitant to order from this company again as the customer service and quality of the clothing gave me nothing but disappointment. I hope that this brand gets improved because the idea of getting good QUALITY clothing is appealing to those who don\'t have a lot of money for necessities, however this money did not go to good use as I will not be wearing the items I ordered.”

A second item was never delivered over 5 weeks later so a refund was requested, now they are only offering store credit.

“Go ahead and just change the name to awful. It's way more appropriate after the customer service nightmare we just went through. Absolutely no common sense or any attempt to help with a shipping problem even though we identified the problem more then early enough for something to be done. It was to the point of embarrasing trying to explain the situation and have anyone be able to understand even though we had full tracking and knew where the package was from the moment it was shipped. It passed through 3 hubs and the mistake somehow could not be fixed. Instead our package was not delivered and disposed of with no refund or replacement. A simply terrible experience and terrible company support and customer service.”
“Ordered 3 bikinis and an anklet from here 5 weeks ago. I have received the anklet but my bikinis are apparently lost. No one seems to be able to help me and trying to talk to customer service is non existent. “Completely disgusted; worst customer service EVER
Horrible customer service; complicated system to get to anyone; questionable business ethics.
1) Ordered three items; two weeks later had received no notice of when they would ship - had to contact them but it’s almost impossible to get to customer service.
2) Kept telling me that customer service is number one priority and to be patient; said they were shipping one of the three items but I could not track it for a week;
3) Finally admitted that one item I ordered was not available to purchase on their website...what?!
4) Requested a refund and they moved money to my “wallet.” Like I want to purchase anything from them again! You have to specifically request a direct refund within a short time frame that you prefer the refund to come back to you directly. Did that.
5) Refund was promised in 48 hours - it took a week and an elevated complaint to PayPal to get it.
6) Received only a partial refund for the item they didn’t even intend to sell, ship or even have available. Still trying to get the balance.
7) Four weeks after placing order, I received one item. Mediocre quality - but knowing their horrible customer service, can’t imagine returning.
8) Am trying to cancel the third item and get a full refund but guessing I’ll be SOL on that one, too”
