“I ordered my items 3 weeks ago when I emailed to ask why it was still processing I was told it was a back log from Chinese New Year and my items will be shipped in the next few days it’s now the 4th March and they’re still in process. If they have issues with delivery at the moment I’d like to be advised rather than pay a lot for delivery and still not get the items”

I was told on Feb 26/2020 my order was packed and ready and now it is March 4/2020 and order is still processing. I started a ticket with zaful 2 weeks ago and now I can no longer see it. I will never be ordering from zaful again. To make things worse my friend placed an order a week after mine and hers is already shipped!! So unhappy with the customer service I’ve received.”

“This is the worst company to deal with. I've been waiting since November 2019 to get a Christmas order. I finally got some of the order the rest was back ordered. Finally in FEBRUARY I was notified to replace that item. I did that and now I get a "items no longer available" email. I then ask for a full refund. We hassle about that then I'm told the items are ready to ship. Yea right!!!!! Called the " phone number to try to talk to a human but all I heard was " good-bye" . REALLY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”
“AVOID!!! I would completely avoid!!! I placed an order and paid £11 for fast delivery (7-11) days, but for them to get organised to put the clothing in a bag to ship will take double that time. to then have the customer service speak to you like a teenager with an attitude problem. Now I have to wait 30 days instead of the usual 14 to have a refund. just poor service and poor customer service. very disappointed.”
“I ordered some clothing over a month ago and never received it. It says that the order is still processing, and it’s said that since I placed my order. The worst part is that I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my order and request a refund, but it’s impossible. They don’t respond to messages, and they don’t pick up phone calls. I’ve called many different times, and each time, I get a machine that says “Zaful isn’t able to take your call right now.” At this point I just want to get my money back, but I haven’t received a call back or a response to any messages. I would recommend everyone to not purchase things from Zaful- I should’ve read the other reviews of many people having the same problem.”

I was guaranteed delivery in 8 days from my order. 4 weeks later it was still “processing.” Each time I called there was either nobody to take my call or they were very rude and promised my package would ship in 48 hours, which it never did any of the 5 times I called. I requested a refund twice and had no luck. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. RIDICULOUS.”
“Decent bathing suits however customer service is not helpful at all. I have messaged them multiple times on where my order even is and it has taken over a month. This is a very unprofessional business and they have even been very rude to me in the customer service.”

I ordered the jacket a month ago, was charged immediately, and my order still has not shipped and is processing 30 days later. Reaching out to customer service is no help, as they just give you a computer message. Will never order from here again. Shein is cheaper and processes orders 10x faster. Save yourself the headache and the loss of money”
“Terrible delivery time and customer services. I have been told twice that products I've ordered are not in stock, after it says on the website that they are at time of order. Ordered on Feb 8th and the order has been processing for nearly 20 days and when I inquire on the live chat the customer service reps are rude and just say that the order is ready to ship. I've received their products before and they're hit or miss on quality. Better off ordering from Shein or another site.”
“Same thing happened to me that happened to everyone else in the reviews, I ordered some swim suits on the 12th of February, it’s now the 26th of February and it still says processing.
