“Return process is TERRIBLE. Why need photos of our items with a ruler in order for them to determine if we are lying about our size? This company sucks. The sizing is not accurate and the clothing material is bad. Not to mention they charge shipping in order to return items.”
“What a joke. I ordered weeks ago and the package still has not shipped. I spoke with fedex and they told me that a shipping label was created but never shipped. It has been over 3 weeks now and nothing. Who knows if I’ll ever get my package at this point? On website says 4-6 days shipping with expedited shipping. That’s obviously a lie. Clothes look cute but who know if they’ll ever come. Horrible customer service no phone # either”
“If you cancel an order, (in our case it was minutes after being placed) they will charge you anyway. You will spend a month going back and forth with their awful customers support people just to get your money back. I sent pictures of my transaction number, PayPal and bank statement yet they still “couldn’t find proof” of my payment. The only reason I was reimbursed at all was because of PayPal. I wouldn’t advise doing business with these people unless you have lots of time to spare and like being called a liar.”

“This whole process has been very frustrating, for everyone dealing with the same situation. I ordered my 4 clothing items on April 23, it is now March 18th, my package says it’s in transit, but has no record of shipping or any other info. You’d think with how popular they are they’d be great with shipping but this is getting out of hand. Never once have I had to wait almost a month for something to be delivered. I want my packages now honestly. It sucks that this isn’t just happening to a few people but almost everyone.”

“I wish I would give it 0 stars. I ordered a top over 2 months ago and it never arrived. After tracking it, I realized I had entered the wrong zip code. I tried contacting them and it was a disaster. The first time they got my name and delivery completely wrong. They refused to answer my questions on the online chat forum so eventually, I called them. I was told that they couldn't help me until the item was returned to them and that I should receive an email from them within 10 days. 2 weeks passed, and I called them back. At this point, I just wanted a refund. The person I spoke to said only customer service could help and gave me their email address. When they finally got back to me, they told me that because so much time had passed my item had been destroyed and they couldn't send me a new one or give me a refund. I couldn't recommend them less.”
“I ordered my first swimsuit from Zaful last fall. Within one day they charged me, great...normal. And then 2-3 weeks later I NEVER received my swimsuit! On top of that, months have gone by. I never got a refund and I even emailed 3 times asking for one! They got back to me once saying that I needed to create and account to do a return, and then never heard back again.
Basically they stole money from me.
Never shopping here again. 🤷🏻♀️ Bummed because the suits looked so cute and I’ve had friends have a good experience- just not me!”

“I’ve waited a month for four bathing suits which I spent over $50 on. For weeks my package didn’t move and I had zero shipping updates. I had to message them a “ticket” multiple times. Then they had to do an “investigation” because they basically lost my package. Tomorrow will be a month and today I checked the shipping update and it’s saying my packaged was REFUSED me the addressee and is being returned to the sender. This company is a complete joke.”

“SCAM!!!!! I had added $90 worth of bathing suits in my cart since it says free shipping for orders over $79, yet they still charge you $29 extra for “delivery”. Another thing is when you have more then $79 in your cart, it continues to say “add $44 more for free standard shipping”. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE. Lastly customer service is terrible they never get back to you within a few hours it’s always at least a few days.
When you use the 24/7 online chat, they say they will transfer you to a real agent but 20 minutes will go by and there will be no response.”
“ZAFUL IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP. I ordered quite a lot because it's cheap mid-MARCH and its halfway MAY now still hasn't received the package or even track it. I contacted many times Zaful's CST but they're not helpful they will just tell you to wait and wait and NOT give any refund as the package already been "shipped out". I contacted the courier TOLL they told me my package is not even on their system. When you ask ZAFUL where is exactly the parcel, they couldn't give a definite answer. Whether they lost the package or not, one thing is for sure, they won't give REFUND. It's a scam. It's a waste of money.
