“Unless you're willing to wait for a package to be shipped from China 3 months after you initial purchase, I wouldn't even consider ordering from here. Customer Service is relatively attentive but are reluctant to help or care that your tracking number hasn't been updated in 2 months.”

“Zaful is a scam site! their product is complete trash! I tried to cancel the order two days after but they ignored me and sent it out 6 weeks later! it arrived and was either missing pieces (belt), unstitched or paper-thin! I demanded a refund and had to pay for the return postage. I was given a refund for the purchase after weeks of arguing on the support ticket. I was promised a refund on the shipping with proof which i supplied but this time they demanded it goes via PayPal despite just refunding into my bank account?! i gave them my PayPal they deposited the refund then after I withdrew it they recalled it! DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL”
“Firstly, just a day after i had ordered my swimmers i tried logging back into my account using every password i would have used so not only can i not get into my account i have no tracking on them which mean i have no clue where they are or when they will be here, they haven't emailed me anything since its been nearly 3 weeks, all they game me was the tracking number but since i can't get back into my orders on zaful its useless, I've tried chinas and Australia's postage tracking still nothing. I'm sure i would love the swimmers but i just want to know when they will be here”

“I’ve never had a problem with shipping or quality of products but I can only speak to the quality of their swimwear. I’ve now ordered 2 different shipments with 2 and 4 bikinis and all were great quality, took a while to ship but still arrived. They are getting a 1 star for their utter BS customer service. I paid $25 Canadian for one bikini which is COMPLETELY not true to size. All other swimwear I’ve ordered was the same size and fit perfectly but this swimsuit wouldn’t even cover enough to make it legal to wear at a beach, covers nothing pulls tightly everywhere and could barely even get it on. Honestly makes it seem like it’s a kid size. Contacted customer service and they offered a $13 USD return which does not equal 25 CAD plus tax. It’s a faulty product I should be getting my money back. If it’s worth risking their lie of a return policy go for it but you may end up with an expensive piece that would’nt even fit a toddler.”
“Not only were they dishonest about ‘100’ pts onto your account after buying stuff & posting a review. But they make most of their clothes so wrong. The shape doesn’t work. :( for instance, I got a dress, and it had weird boob pads? Didn’t match the pic at all. However, my swimsuit pics we’re published. Strange? Everything else disappeared, but I couldn’t publish it again. I thought I DID something wrong.”
“Ordered 7 or so items in early March 2020, never recieved them, never was refunded and was ignored when I emailed via email or submitted a "Ticket". I feel cheated.”
“I placed an order April 4th for 8 bathing suits. The items were shipped in two separate packages, 2 in one and 6 in the other. When I finally received shipping information for both packages, one of the numbers came up as a Duplicate tracking number. I got no help when I brought this to the company’s attention and they told me to reach out to the post office. I received two packages a few days ago. One of the packages had the two bathing suits I ordered and the other package had a one piece and some jewelry- I didn’t order any of these things. When I again reached out they told me that they would give a $17 refund in store credit and I could keep the items I had been sent by mistake. The bathing suit isn’t my size and I won’t wear the jewelry. I spent over $90 in total INCLUDING insurance and they’re somehow only giving me $17?? The items that I ordered are no longer in stock. I’ve been going back and forth with the company for days and have received no valuable information or assistance. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from them but I wouldn’t order from here again.”
“I ordered three hoodies from Zaful, and after 2,5 months of waiting the package arrived with only 2/3 hoodies inside!! I'm so mad. The quality was also very, very bad, super thin material, and the sizes were incorrect... Definitely NOT shopping at Zaful again. The waiting is not worth it at all. Spend your money elsewhere.”
“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! SCAM!!!! Never received product and Zaful does not respond or it is an automated response. I disputed it via PayPal and they responded saying they are not issuing me a refund because it is the post offices fault and they are technically not liable.”
“It was my first time ordering from Zaful. After reading the shipping time and rules I realized that the international standard shipping for my country was estimated between 8 and 15 business days from the shipping day. I went ahead and placed the order, there were stuff that I wanted to take with me in a trip. The order was shipped on January 22nd and I received it on March 4th, a month and half later. Obviously the date of my trip arrived and I couldn't bring any of those items with me. Their customer service was terrible, I've been trying to reach out to them many times, and their only answer was that it was normal and it was in perfect time frame for the delivery... Recently they contacted me asking me about my experience with Zaful, after I explained again what happened, they told me that they would give me 100 z points for the inconvenience. I read about z points and found out that the value of 100 z points is $2 (I spent $80)!! It was definitely my first and also last time I bought from them.”
“Terrible experience. Very bad quality and fit. The return process is a nightmare, Facebook team not very helpful. Plus of top of that if you figure out finally how to do q return you need to pay for the cost of that.....AVOID ZAFUL”
