“honestly, if you love waiting 3 months for a clothing item, definitely recommend this website. I ordered my items months ago and could not track/view my order for 5 days. Was thinking maybe my items have been delivered to then find out they are still in China. I’ve ordered many items off of this website like bikinis, two piece outfits and more. And the items are very nice and their sizes are very accurate, but shipping is a complete pain in the ass. This past Christmas I ordered some items for my siblings (planned to order them months prior so they could BE IN ON TIME) and came in January. So pathetic DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ALREADY”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL. I ordered $55 worth of bikinis and I am 99% sure I did not enter my zip code in wrong, but okay sure I guess I could have made that mistake. Anyways, i contacted ZAFUL to get my address changed and they said that the package was being shipped back to them, but then it was “destroyed in customs“ and that there is nothing they can do to refund me or offer any additional service. “Sorry for the inconvenience!” IM SORRY WHAT?? So I pay you $55, don’t get my package because it’s destroyed, and that’s it? I think that’s the most scammy thing a company can do. Disgusting.”
“I ordered on February 20, 2020. They said it would be 3-5 days to prepare for dispatch, but it didn't ship out until March 5, 2020. They said wait 25 business days for the package to be delivered. It has been well past that point and I still have no package. I can't even track it at all. Customer service thinks my address is wrong even though I have double checked with them. I spent $60 on four clothing items. Zaful is doing a lot to not have to refund my order, so I went through my bank to dispute the order. I suggest you contact your bank to get your money back if you also did not receive your Zaful order.”
“Ordered 4 bathing suits on March 24,2020 for 55.00, still hv yet to hv received my purchase. My order says delivered but it never was. I called fedex as the customer service dept advised me to, and fedex says yes it was delivered but to a different address. I checked my address again to verify i put the correct info & yes it’s all correct. Customer service keeps giving me the run around saying someone is investigating this, and someone will contact Me in another 7-10 business days. I’m convinced this site is a scam. I will be contacting my bank & BBB and anyone else that will listen! I wish i would hv done my research on this business prior to my purchase.”
“I only received one item of the 6 that I ordered, customer service told me I input the wrong zip code but if that was the case I wouldn't have received ANYTHING and my credit card charge would not have gone through (credit and shipping address the same). ZAFUL would not refund my money for the items not received and would not ship items not received. I will never shop with them again.”
“Worst customer service. I tracked my packed since it arrived in the US and apparently it had the wrong zip code which could have been my fault but I have never made that mistake before. Anyways, apparently it was undeliverable and didn’t have a return address so it couldn’t go back to the company and instead got destroyed in “dead mail”. Zaful blamed me for putting the wrong zip code and said I would not get a refund or a new package. I spent over $60 on their website and have received absolutely nothing and no grace from this company. It’s one thing If I did in fact put the wrong zip (which I really don’t think I did) but if there had been a return address then they could’ve gotten their package back and sent it to me again or refunded me. This company is a scam.”
“Do not be lured by the cute pics and great prices. I don’t expect their stuff to be high quality; it’s cheap and from China, but I can’t speak of the quality because after 40 days I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
I asked for a refund but they won’t budge; they keep saying “THE WEBSITE SAYS YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. And yes, it says that. It was delivered to an address in Chino, CA, not my address at all! Who knows who ended up with my cheap bathing suits but I paid for them with my hard earned money that I clearly will not get back. Sucks losing almost $80 to these scammers. Beware and be advised; THERE IS NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO THAT WILL TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY.”
“I ordered a bunch of bikinis following their size guide I should have fit the smallest size they had in the plus size section, when they arrived most of the bikinis were way too big for me but I didn’t fit the biggest size they had in the straight sizes section. Also I looked through their straight sizes section and the clothing selection is so pretty but the plus size section is so small and the clothes are not the same style as their smaller clothes. Basically their plus size section is terrible and they need to fix it.”
“I ordered 4 bikinis which are very popular on their website. Only 3 arrived and one of them wasn't even the right colour. Worst quality I've ever felt! Thin, see through fabric. Stay away. When I emailed their customer service team about my one missing bikini they never responded. I phoned them 3 different times demanding a refund and never received it. I have never experienced anything worse.”
“Ordered 5 bikinis only one of them fit me right. If you have wide set hips and wear a large I do not recommend, the bottoms fit like mediums and will squeeze your skin super tight. Tops fit fine bottoms are what you need to be careful with”
“Do not purchase from ZAFUL! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and shipping took over a month longer than promised. The hoodie I ordered is slightly cropped which is not mentioned even though it was my size. It was a weird thin material as well. I messaged them about my order when it wasn’t arriving in time and I never got a response. I also at one point requested a refund but that never happened.”
“I ordered two bathing suits in January, thinking that it would come one time for my spring break (as the website said it would). The site said processing would take 7-10 business days but after over a month, my order still hadn't been processed to ship. I contacted customer service about this issue multiple times and kept being told that there was a delay in processing because there was high demand for my order and it sold faster than they expected. Fine, I get it. Getting closer to my spring break, I contacted them again because my order STILL hadn't been processed. The rep said I could cancel my order and have it refunded but I did not want to because I still needed my items for the summer. I go back and look a day later and the rep had cancelled my order without my permission and refunded it to my wallet!! When I told my rep this she said to just order it again but I couldn't because the items were no longer in stock. Ok fine, im still reasonable at this point. So I just order new items and try to use my money from the wallet to buy them BUT it would not let me! so at this point I just want my money back into my account, im so frustrated.”

“I ordered one item on the 26th of January, it said it would take up to five days for the order to process. However, the order still hasn’t been processed or shipped even now over two months later. I’ve reached out on multiple occasions asking about the order and have been told that it sold out quicker than they imagined so there is a delay, however the item is still on the website as available in my size. I am trying to give them the benefit of a doubt given the current issues in the world but at this point I am doubtful I will ever receive my item or a refund.”
