“Waited a month after my order was "Shipped" and nothing came. They use a fake postal service and scammed me out of $34 in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. I just wanted to treat myself to something nice for the summer but instead I was scammed. Horrible customer service takes days to respond. Will be filing a fraudulent claim DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!”

“LIES LIES AND LIES. Do not waste your time and money shopping with this company. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, they will take FOREVER to ship it to you. I paid for standard shipping, which is typically 6-8 business days, but when I contacted customer service to find out why it was late, they claimed that shipping takes at least 8-10 days EVEN WHEN THE WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS OTHERWISE. I requested a partial refund for the shipping, but they kept avoiding my questions and gave me false promises such as "Oh, we will email your carrier to hurry it up." It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not received it.”
“I made an order about a month ago. They sent me a tracking number and said it was shipped by USPS, but the number they gave me is not valid. I contacted them several times, and their replies range from nonsensical bad English ("immediately responsive") to outright lies ("we will email your carrier to ask them to rush your package"). I placed an order ticket and they change their story and claim they used a shipping company that does not exist (USEXPWD). I'm going to have to see if my credit card's purchase protection can get me my money back.”
“I ordered two bathing suits over a month ago and only received one of them 3 weeks later! The order says partial order shipped, and i tried calling them and even messaging them on Instagram to get my money back because this is ridiculous. I’ve gotten orders from China and England faster than I’ve received one item from them. And i didn’t even get both at the same time but i ordered both at the same time! Completely lost my business. And will continue to lose many others.”
“Like so many others, my order has not arrived. Disappointed teens. Zalful say it's been shipped so can't cancel. FedEx say they haven't got it so to contact Zalful. The only hope.i have is that I used Klarna pay later so they may be able to help.”
“Absolute trash. Ordered something almost a month ago and it has said “label created, not yet in system” since about a couple days after ordering. Try to submit a ticket and you won’t get access to your account to do so. Try to reset your password? Impossible, “the captcha is wrong” (it’s not). Try to sign up through another email to send a ticket that way? “That emails in use” (No, it’s not.) Scam scam scam.”
“I made an order back on March 30th and I picked the standard shipping option (5-8 business day delivery). I received the notification that my package had shipped on April 2nd from New Jersey. However, I have received no further updates on it. I messaged customer support, and my first response back was completely in German. I asked for the message to be translated to English, and they did reply in English but with none of the prior information that the had given me. All they said is to wait 10-15 days for them to check with the courier and then they would get back to me. This is ridiculous. I will never be ordering from them again.”

“As someone who has been looking forward to receiving new clothes during this quarantine I was really let down by zaful. I thought it was a legit website and I’d already been scammed by a website previous to this. I made 2 orders like a month ago and it said standard shipping between 5-8 days and I still haven’t gotten my packages. The tracking information always comes back invalid as well.”

“I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 crop tops and patiently waited for them to arrive, especially with this pandemic going on. Terrible experience. I was told my order shipped multiple times and my order would arrive soon, after 3 weeks when i checked with DHL and my local post office they had never received my package. The customer service is terrible and the only words they say to customers are "I understand you want your package but there is nothing we can do". After being lied to about my package shipping, I filed a compliant to get my money back (which they were not too happy with) and finally shipped out my package and I received it after a month. Luckily, I really liked what I purchased and I made the right decision going a size up (swimsuits especially run small) but I was worried for several weeks if I was going to receive what I ordered or get my money back. I refuse to order from somewhere that cannot assure me I am getting what I paid for. Clothing was great, Customer experience was a mess. Do not recommend.”
“Got 4 things on zaful. It came a week late only 3 of the things showed up. Not only that I got a small in one of the shirts in fit a large. Then got a large in a hoodie and it fit a s-m and was extremely trash and itchy. Then when I called to make a complaint they refused to pick up so I tried a different like department and they picked up 10x faster then when I told the guy what happened he was rude and didn’t help me fix the problem at all just told me to write and email.”
