“I ordered last MAY 2020, until now I havent received my order. They said that it will take 7 to 15 working days, worst is 25 days. I don't know what to describe mine, 2 months? HAHAH. Macau's not even far from CHINA where they told me that is where my order's coming from.”
“Items are actually better made than you would think. Fabric isn't awful, however stitching and sizing is varied. I ordered 5 bathing suits and maybe 2 are wearable in terms of real functionality. A lot of their clothes are "instagram-able" as in good for pictures and nothing else. The bikinis I ordered had a ton of sizing issues. I am normally a size XS/S, average height and usually can wear S and M without issues. The suits I ordered from zaful size Medium all had amazing reviews but upon trying on some of the suits had extremely small tops, no adjustable options, were not the cut described (i.e. super low waisted when they were labeled as high waisted) or see through. A couple sets the bottoms seemed stretched out and loose and tops on the other hand were child sized. Can definitely not rely on them at the beach or moving around but might be ok for tanning. Can't return anything so for the amount I spent on 5 suits, I could have gotten one or 2 higher quality suits that I would actually wear and would be flattering. Oh also I never received the 5th suit. Still waiting on shipment 3 weeks later...”
“I had some items to return as they were not as advertised or ridiculously sized. Firstly, they offered a refund of a third of their value to not return them but give them to charity. When I refused, the refund was increased slightly. I refused again and returned the items to Spain but still didn’t get a full refund because the exchange rate they use is not correct. All this discussion has taken weeks. They state that “customer satisfaction is their top priority” - don’t believe it !!”

I had a problem with the shorts because it was too big and when I contacted them they reshipped it free if charge and said that i could keep the other shorts! It is now on its way! The prices are great and good quality! I loved it!😃”

“Oh God my experience....? Was less than ideal to put it nicely. I ordered a bikini which ended up being like $15-$14 more than advertised. Once I paid I had realized there was an error in my order. The size was wrong. I tried to fix it and I couldn't do anything on my end but contact customer service. While waiting on a reply it gets shipped and customer service says they can do nothing (this was within the same 1-8 hr time frame). Then tell me they cannot return bc it's swim and no money back. Also, on the site (check this out) they wouldn't let me write a bad review. I have the screen shots of everything. Will NOT buy from here again unless someone can fix this. I paid a lot of money for something my kitten couldn't even fit in. I ain't a big girl but I got breasts and a back side and I'm not flippin' happy, dude. I worked too hard to be done this way. “Zawful is awful! Don't purchase a thing from this place!!! If the deal looks to good to be true, then it usually is. They'll give you a hard time returning or exchanging. There's no phone number to contact and they can only be contacted via email. They email you back generic computer responses and keep it going so it exceeds their return policy. They'll ask for pictures and once received, generic responses will continue until they burn out the days till you can send the items back. Customer service is a joke and all this company will do is take your money.”

If I could rate minus stars I would. I haven’t heard a thing in two weeks with no tracking available at all, it was only when I received a text message from DHL 14 days later, it said I have to pay £31.71 for Hong Kong customs tax. It had been sitting there for two weeks, it hasn’t even left the place it started in!
I ordered from the website which said “free express delivery on orders over $98” .....not exactly free is it!
Also it didn’t give me the option to get rid of this “free delivery” upon checkout so I had to go with it. When it comes to reading the unbelievably small print in all their FAQs it said “those who select express delivery option at checkout will incur an increased customs tax” - how on earth is this fair?
Some of these were presents for my sister during lockdown and I now no longer need them. You can’t refund until you receive the item and send it back (which you have to pay for delivery and customs tax again! So £60 to receive Thai and send it back! JOKE.
Never again. Stick to the trusted ones - miss guided, boo boo, Zara, silk Fred everyone!”

“Somehow the address I entered was incorrect/incomplete, even though I paid with PayPal which automatically enters my correct address. After waiting for weeks I tracked my package and realized it was at the post office waiting to be shipped as the address was not complete. By the time I found this out and tried to claim it from the post office, it was already returned to the sender. I contacted Zaful and asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, to which they told me it was too late to cancel and to wait for my package to arrive. I told them it would not be arriving as it was returned to the sender. They said it was my fault and they do not offer compensation for lost packages. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, do not order from Zaful!!!”
