“I have now wrote a review on 2 other websites to warn you of these scammers. Here is what I said, I bought it from here after having many ads come up. I went on the website and it was good and NO SIGN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX. I then got an email saying I would have to PAY AN EXTRA £60. Ummm what. We then contacted customer service saying we wanted a refund. I then had to wait 3 DAYS for a reply. When they just directed us to web links which did not do anything. We then asked if we could have a refund then do not respond for a week when they said that it has been shipped, so WE HAVE TO PAY. Even though we had already asked to cancel within 14 days. So overall do not shop from here bad customer service. Unaware of import tax. DO NOT SHOP FROM ZAFUL.”

“0/10 stars. This company is fraud. I ordered over a $100 worth of bathingsuits in April and it is now JULY and I still have not received them. The customer service is horrible and pathetic. They steal from you. Do not purchase anything from here ever. They told me I couldn’t get a refund because it has shipped but can’t tell me where the package is and FedEx doesn’t have it either. SCAM SCAM SCAM.”

“Zaful is AMAZING! I had a great experience! I irdered a couple of bikinis which fitted great! And some summer clothes! I am from SA and it arrived within a week!! I had a problem with the shorts because it was too big and when I contacted them they reshipped it free if charge and said that i could keep the other shorts! It is now on its way! The prices are great and good quality! I loved it!😃”

“I bought some swim suits and HAD MY CORRECT ADDRESS. Two months after purchase they said “sent to return address” due to ME putting MY wrong address. Wait what?!? I’ve lived here a over a decade I cannot get my address wrong! DONT TRUST THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!”

“Oh God my experience....? Was less than ideal to put it nicely. I ordered a bikini which ended up being like $15-$14 more than advertised. Once I paid I had realized there was an error in my order. The size was wrong. I tried to fix it and I couldn't do anything on my end but contact customer service. While waiting on a reply it gets shipped and customer service says they can do nothing (this was within the same 1-8 hr time frame). Then tell me they cannot return bc it's swim and no money back. Also, on the site (check this out) they wouldn't let me write a bad review. I have the screen shots of everything. Will NOT buy from here again unless someone can fix this. I paid a lot of money for something my kitten couldn't even fit in. I ain't a big girl but I got breasts and a back side and I'm not flippin' happy, dude. I worked too hard to be done this way. Really.”

“TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING. IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN ANY ITEM THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE RMA FORM, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE ADDRESS WHERE TO SEND IT ... SO THE DEADLINE PASSES AND YOU CANNOT RETURN IT ANYMORE. NOT RELIABLE. VERY LOW QUALITY ITEMS. VERY POOR QUALITY. DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!”

“Zawful is awful! Don't purchase a thing from this place!!! If the deal looks to good to be true, then it usually is. They'll give you a hard time returning or exchanging. There's no phone number to contact and they can only be contacted via email. They email you back generic computer responses and keep it going so it exceeds their return policy. They'll ask for pictures and once received, generic responses will continue until they burn out the days till you can send the items back. Customer service is a joke and all this company will do is take your money.”

“I would give no star if I could. I ordered two shirts, they were very cheap material and not worth the price. Contacted them few times to get a return but they play dumb and keep asking for the details of the items purchased. So a big no for anything from Zaful.”

“COMPLETE SCAM!!!! If I could rate minus stars I would. I haven’t heard a thing in two weeks with no tracking available at all, it was only when I received a text message from DHL 14 days later, it said I have to pay £31.71 for Hong Kong customs tax. It had been sitting there for two weeks, it hasn’t even left the place it started in! I ordered from the website which said “free express delivery on orders over $98” .....not exactly free is it! Also it didn’t give me the option to get rid of this “free delivery” upon checkout so I had to go with it. When it comes to reading the unbelievably small print in all their FAQs it said “those who select express delivery option at checkout will incur an increased customs tax” - how on earth is this fair? Some of these were presents for my sister during lockdown and I now no longer need them. You can’t refund until you receive the item and send it back (which you have to pay for delivery and customs tax again! So £60 to receive Thai and send it back! JOKE. Never again. Stick to the trusted ones - miss guided, boo boo, Zara, silk Fred everyone!”

“I ended up paying money for no items.. I bought 3 bikinis, waited 2 months before reaching out because of the pandemic. Customer service told me the packages were lost or destroyed, and will receive only a partial refund. Very unprofessional.”

“Somehow the address I entered was incorrect/incomplete, even though I paid with PayPal which automatically enters my correct address. After waiting for weeks I tracked my package and realized it was at the post office waiting to be shipped as the address was not complete. By the time I found this out and tried to claim it from the post office, it was already returned to the sender. I contacted Zaful and asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, to which they told me it was too late to cancel and to wait for my package to arrive. I told them it would not be arriving as it was returned to the sender. They said it was my fault and they do not offer compensation for lost packages. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, do not order from Zaful!!!”

“They tried to blame me for putting in the wrong address when I knw for a fact that I put in my new address and now refuse to compensate me or help out at all! Will not be ordering from this site again. Absolutely ridiculous!”

“Zaful is the worst company I have ever purchased a package from IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I spent over $110.00 american on a package that took over a month and a half to arrive, just to have my package 'returned to sender' because the stamp was illegible. The company does not issue refunds and is refusing to give me any money back and has now just sent me this email stating that they would destroy the package and not refund me if i refuse to pay an additional $8 to have it reshipped ... absolute b u l l s h i t! If you order anyhting from Zaful, please be aware that you will wait months for your package to arrive and will not be refunded if anything is wrong with it.”

“They have the most gorgeous dresses, very unique, not the type you'd find on other sites. They have great deals, very affordable. Just had so trouble with delivery when the covid pandemic started, waited over 3 months for my order but their customer service were great at keeping me updated.”

“I ordered 4 items almost 2months ago And they havent arrived yet.. i tried to get some information about my order because there is no normal tracking info nowhere And the shitty automatic chat partner told me to wait longer ... how long more ?!! I think it is unacceptable. Not suggest to anyone!”

“Its been over a month and I still have not received my shipment. I've contacted customer support at least three times and each time they have said to please wait. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam and no one should ever purchase anything from them unless they want to throw money away.”
