I made an order at Zaful on the 11th June and the order came on the 7th July which is a lot longer then expected. Before I could get the order I had to pay an import tax/fee (£28) for my order which was £93 even though the delivery was 'free'. They have hidden this import tax/fee (which they state is completely the customers responsibility) in their terms and conditions. When I raised a ticked with them about this fee, specifically asking if I would have to pay this fee if I return items, they stated that the sender pays the fee for you from Hong Kong then they essentially hold your package until you pay the fee or your package will be destroyed. Therefore, you have no choice but to pay the fee as you cannot cancel your order. When asking them about a refund if I return items, they would not explain to me what the policy is, but said I would have to take pictures of each item, with the tag and size label, and could only receive a refund if there were discrepancies from the website. They also stated 'there is no need to return items, we will give you points on your zaful account' even though I clearly stated I would never shop from them again because of the high import tax. Don't shop at Zaful! Their customer service is awful and there are hidden costs and long delivery times!

It’s difficult to get a refund and once they ship your package out they don’t care if you actually receive it or not they u go check with USPS I would never order from them again

If I could have chosen zero stars I would. Items were much smaller than expected, therefore I needed to return them. The process was absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is horrendous and I wouldn’t suggest shopping on this site to anyone. Oh, and after all of my trouble just trying to get the information on how to return something, I still have to pay the return shipping.

Totally dissatisfied. The products are very low quality, bad fabrics. They also announced a lower value than the real one on the parcel. I had big problems with the customs.

I ordered from ZAFUL over a week and a half ago and my pensive has been “sitting in a shipping center in LA” for three days. After reading these reviews, I hope I get my clothing and I hope they fit

I would give this company negative stars if I could. It is set up at every turn to scam customers out of their money. I ordered a few items that took well over the shipping timelines to arrive. As with most online orders, not everything is a keeper. When I went to attempt a return, I discovered that they only have a customer service phone number for people who want to make purchases. You can only submit a return request online, and it takes several days for them to respond. It took many back and forths to be given the instructions to ship items back for a full return (they try to avoid that scenario as much as possible). I mailed them back my returned items, following their instructions, and sent them the evidence that the items have been shipped. And after 30 days of waiting for a refund, I had to message them again to find they are blaming the shipping company for the items having not been returned and will not offer me a refund. It's insane to operate this way on so many levels, the amount of frustration and inability to talk to an actual person to resolve this. Order local, don't deal with this crappy company. It's not worth the headache.

All of the mens shirts are smaller then they should normally be. A 2XL is a large at best. Will not refund me as they said I received the size I ordered , even though the sizes are not what is normal.

I will never buy from them again. Please don't fall into this trap. They have never delivered my swimsuits and I have contacted them multiple times, but they don't get back to you. All I want is a refund!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Zaful is absolutely awful. I purchased a few bathing suits and the sizing was very inconsistent. I was able to keep a couple but wanted to return the others, and getting through to customer service is impossible and unorganized. There's no number for returns/exchanges so it's all "handled" through email. Except that it's not because they send the same auto-generated reply after you take the time to tediously enter item numbers and your reasons for return. It's a waste of time. I've been waiting since April and the suits are in a package collecting dust. I will never ever purchase from this company again and regret doing so.

I ordered a bathing suit in April and it's July now and I never recieved the package! The tracking device says that it's been sitting in China the whole time! Please don't waste your money on ordering something you may never get.

order was late despite paying more for quick delivery. when it finally arrived I received a text from DHL saying i had to pay £78 tax and I had to pay customs on an order of £250 to actually receive the parcel.

I've ordered a month ago and they haven't shipped my things yet. It's MORE THAN BAD. You don't say that you will send things in 15 days and do it in months. I would have never ordered all these summer things.

I ordered last MAY 2020, until now I havent received my order. They said that it will take 7 to 15 working days, worst is 25 days. I don't know what to describe mine, 2 months? HAHAH. I know that there's pandemic, but how come other company can cater our package? I already contacted ZAFUL via FB messenger and they are making LAME excuses. Macau's not even far from CHINA where they told me that is where my order's coming from.

Items are actually better made than you would think. Fabric isn't awful, however stitching and sizing is varied. I ordered 5 bathing suits and maybe 2 are wearable in terms of real functionality. A lot of their clothes are "instagram-able" as in good for pictures and nothing else. The bikinis I ordered had a ton of sizing issues. I am normally a size XS/S, average height and usually can wear S and M without issues. The suits I ordered from zaful size Medium all had amazing reviews but upon trying on some of the suits had extremely small tops, no adjustable options, were not the cut described (i.e. super low waisted when they were labeled as high waisted) or see through. A couple sets the bottoms seemed stretched out and loose and tops on the other hand were child sized. Can definitely not rely on them at the beach or moving around but might be ok for tanning. Can't return anything so for the amount I spent on 5 suits, I could have gotten one or 2 higher quality suits that I would actually wear and would be flattering. Oh also I never received the 5th suit. Still waiting on shipment 3 weeks later...

I had some items to return as they were not as advertised or ridiculously sized. Firstly, they offered a refund of a third of their value to not return them but give them to charity. When I refused, the refund was increased slightly. I refused again and returned the items to Spain but still didn’t get a full refund because the exchange rate they use is not correct. All this discussion has taken weeks. They state that “customer satisfaction is their top priority” - don’t believe it !!

I was going to order something from here and was really excited, at checkout my order came to around $25.00, but then they wanted me to pay $40.00 for regular shipping LOL yea okay, no thank you! I’ll shop elsewhere and judging by these reviews I really dodged a bullet!
