“Y’all please do not buy from this company!!!!! They just steal your money, if you want a refund forget about it, save yourself from getting a headache. It’s been 2 months since I ordered clothes from the Zaful app and it seems like they don’t know where my items are, as if they have disappeared and they don’t care because they already have my money!!!! It’s a scam!”

“They obviously know what they’re doing, absolutely terrible quality, and when you have to return, you have to not only pay for returns postage yourself but to a warehouse in Spain which is an £8 expense from the UK.. the returns process is a joke and they try and make it as difficult as they possibly can. Avoid at all costs”

“My item was never received. Several back and forth conversations were has with multiple “customer service” representatives where they claimed I gave the wrong zip code, however, this is not true. Even in giving them them the right address twice, the package still didn’t arrive. When I asked for a refund they said they can not give me a refund because it’s not in their policy.”

“SHOCKING company ! DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THEM. You have to APPLY for a refund but the even bigger problem is you just keep getting an automatic response when you try to get in touch with anyone. Online chat doesn't work. It's infuriating!! Days trying to get in touch and no response whatsoever. Will report them to the Consumer Affairs if they don't get back to me soon!”

“Size not true to fit.. pants/ jean was paper towel thin and the wait for the package was beyond long horrible communication waste of money cuz none of the pants I ordered are true to fit size n I don’t wanna bother with sending them back to get right size cuz it’s goin to b another 3 weeks to receive my stuff never again will I order from this app”

“Ihave bought at 9/5/2020 and the order has not arrived. Order number doesn’t work, has over 1 month that remain in holand. Chat doesn’t work....if you want to wear your swimwear in winter you can bougt in zaful 😡😡😡...this is scandalous”

“Literal robbers in plain sight: seems as if they are waiting for customers to forget their orders. I have been expecting ONE PACKAGE for nearly TWO MONTHS, customer service 'kindly asks to wait more and is thankful for patience and understanding', excuse me - I understand nothing and out of that patience there is also nothing left. Just refund my money god damn and go on shipping your clothing elsewhere. Hell knows what is happening in those Chinese factories of yours - makes me regret even considering buying things from there so as supporting suspicious labour regarding it. There are many great shops out there and people, Zaful is not one of those.”

“If i could leave 0 stars i would. I never got my package and the most they’ll do for me is offer 40% back. 40%!!! That’s all for not doing anything!! Don’t order from them they are a SCAM”

“The goods arrived quickly, however, I needed to pay about 50% on top of the advertised price due to customs fees and VAT charges. Despite the prices being in Euro, the goods were shipped outside the EU (1 package from Dubai, second from China). The quality of the goods equals early polyester products Europe has abandoned decades ago. Really, I don't remember seeing such poor fabric since the 80s which is a shame as some of the designs are really good. After reviewing the notes on the return policy I'll just skip it and trash my EUR250 goods + EUR125 tax expense.”

“DO NOT buy from this company! They have terrible customer service and WILL take your money. My shipment got lost in the mail and they made no attempt to resolve the issue. It took them a month and a half to "investigate" what happened and when I reached out for an update, they said they could not help or provide a refund.”

“Only ever got part of my order and it has been months. Tried to get a refund & cant get in contact with customer service The suits that came in were perfect but it’s a scam they did the same thing to my sister. They only send you part of your order and don’t refund for the suits they dont send.”

“I wish I could give it a worse rating. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They said my order shipped, but yet I could never track the package. They said I had to wait 2 full months before doing anything else. They blamed coronavirus, they blamed my local post office, they never took responsibility. They stole my money, period. Do not ever spend any money here, unless you like throwing it away. You will NEVER see your products or money back no matter the amount.”
