“Stay away!!
The products are really poorly made. I have faulty products with sizing that doesn’t match. A small that’s too big and a L that’s too large. Really poor quality. They won’t let you return them, they won’t give you an address. I’ve been talking to their “customer service” team back and forth for days. Despite the products being bad quality and not fit for purpose, I have to send them back AT MY OWN COST to another country for a refund. It’s an absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“I’ve ordered bikinis and the quality is abismal - cheap fabric, bad finishing and funny sizes (super small tops and large bottoms). The return process is difficult (no clarity from customer support), stupid (they ask you to send pictures so they can assess the problem - the problem is the product is HORRIBLE, can that be assessed from a pic?!) and made to tire you to give up.
Never ever ordering from this place again.”
“Never order from Zaful. I order several items and two items needed to be sent back. Never have I have such a difficult process to return something and now the items have been sent back but Zaful said they can’t refund me. Down the price of the items and £8 postage.”

“Do not order from this site. You’ll never receive your items, their customer service is a joke who will not help you and will reply to your inquiries with a blanket statement that isn’t relevant whatsoever, and they won’t refund your money. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to trying to order something online. Especially having to pay $10 in shipping for one cheap outfit. Do not recommend whatsoever.”

“Zaful have very high quality clothes, they are my go-to for fashion and they have a high quality of customer service. Out of all of my orders, I have only misjudged my sizing twice, and both times Zaful have sent me the size up free of charge, also allowing me to keep the smaller items to give to a friend as a gift.”

My tracking info says that it’s been delivered already but no one called me to collect neither did I sign for any parcel. For two months now I’ve been trying to locate my package and get in touch with their customer service which is IMPOSSIBLE. When you finally do, you’re greeted with arrogance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Zaful was dismissive and told me to see if a family member got the package for me. It has been 3 months - no refund or replacement. I left a one-star review on their product and they added stars to my rating. Have you noticed all their products have 100% 5-star reviews? I didn't. This company is NOT trustworthy.”

The items I received were cheap and poorly finished They’ve said I can’t returns bikinis due to hygiene reasons but this was not clearly stated. They have told me they can’t refund my return money as this is at the customers expensive and most frustrating of all they are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. They have been so unhelpful and I am so disappointed. DO NOT shop at ZAFUL, they will scam you!!!!!”
