“I paid $60 for merchandise that I never received. This company is a nightmare to deal with. They have finally admitted the order went to the wrong address and was returned to them, so they are offering me a partial store credit and charging me for shipping both ways—even though i never received or returned the item! Their customer service is RUDE and unprofessional. Save yourself a gigantic headache and DO NOT ORDER from this company!”

The products are really poorly made. I have faulty products with sizing that doesn’t match. A small that’s too big and a L that’s too large. Really poor quality. They won’t let you return them, they won’t give you an address. I’ve been talking to their “customer service” team back and forth for days. Despite the products being bad quality and not fit for purpose, I have to send them back AT MY OWN COST to another country for a refund. It’s an absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“I’ve ordered bikinis and the quality is abismal - cheap fabric, bad finishing and funny sizes (super small tops and large bottoms). The return process is difficult (no clarity from customer support), stupid (they ask you to send pictures so they can assess the problem - the problem is the product is HORRIBLE, can that be assessed from a pic?!) and made to tire you to give up.
Never ever ordering from this place again.”

Out of all of my orders, I have only misjudged my sizing twice, and both times Zaful have sent me the size up free of charge, also allowing me to keep the smaller items to give to a friend as a gift.”
