“Never order from Zaful. I order several items and two items needed to be sent back. Never have I have such a difficult process to return something and now the items have been sent back but Zaful said they can’t refund me. Down the price of the items and £8 postage.”

“Horrible customer service!!Just HORRIBLE!! I order 3 tops which came out to a total of $33 and I never got them. I tried to contact them and they never replied. Just don’t even try to get yourself in their mess. Don’t shop Zaful!!!”

“Do not order from this site. You’ll never receive your items, their customer service is a joke who will not help you and will reply to your inquiries with a blanket statement that isn’t relevant whatsoever, and they won’t refund your money. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to trying to order something online. Especially having to pay $10 in shipping for one cheap outfit. Do not recommend whatsoever.”

“Very poor quality. Difficult to get in contact with Zaful to sent the package back. They need to give their OK for you to sent something back and get a refund, unfortunately nobody is getting in contact with me no matter how many “tickets” i take. Very poor/bad custom service. Don’t buy from zaful!!!”

“Zaful is a scam. I purchased over $150 Worth of product and it never came (this is 6 months later). Customer service offered me a $20 refund. What a joke. Do not order from here unless you like giving your money away.”

“my young daughters are buying this awful stuff and are finally realising what appalling quality it is & learning valuable lessons 1. Even when something is cheap you're being robbed if it is not worth having 2. buy ethically to respect others and yourselves 3. By buying these products you are giving money to greedy people who have a total disregard for you, for fashion or for ethical business practice.”

“Can I rate "0"? Zaful is a scam. I made my first order and was not processed in 15 days until I canceled and requested refund from it. It's been 2 months but I still didnt receive my refund. Don't buy from Zaful.”

“Zaful have very high quality clothes, they are my go-to for fashion and they have a high quality of customer service. Out of all of my orders, I have only misjudged my sizing twice, and both times Zaful have sent me the size up free of charge, also allowing me to keep the smaller items to give to a friend as a gift.”

“I ordered a few products from ZAFUL months ago which I still haven’t received. My tracking info says that it’s been delivered already but no one called me to collect neither did I sign for any parcel. For two months now I’ve been trying to locate my package and get in touch with their customer service which is IMPOSSIBLE. When you finally do, you’re greeted with arrogance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will harass you and still you won’t get your items back or a refund.”

“Zaful is terrible. I ordered two swimsuits and only received one. When I contacted Zaful support they gave me a tracking number. USPS never received it! Zaful was dismissive and told me to see if a family member got the package for me. It has been 3 months - no refund or replacement. I left a one-star review on their product and they added stars to my rating. Have you noticed all their products have 100% 5-star reviews? I didn't. This company is NOT trustworthy.”

“If I could leave a 0 I would have - I wasn’t able to track my parcel and had no idea when this would be arriving. The items I received were cheap and poorly finished They’ve said I can’t returns bikinis due to hygiene reasons but this was not clearly stated. They have told me they can’t refund my return money as this is at the customers expensive and most frustrating of all they are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. They have been so unhelpful and I am so disappointed. DO NOT shop at ZAFUL, they will scam you!!!!!”
