“Horrible experience with Zaful! Ordered two items totaling $43.13 when the package was received at the Post Office it was unsealed, without contents and no money was refunded to me as they said the package was not insured when they mailed it! Paypal did not refund my money either.”

“Sorry I had to delete my app, it took me more than a whole month to get my merchandise and They did not even send me a tracking number until right before I received my order but that’s because I had to reach out to them in the email. But they did quickly charge my card. I got my credit card bill before i even got my tracking number. Not sure if you order from website, it will be better than the app. Do not recommend the app. I just won’t order from them at all.”

“Terrible quality. Terrible sizing. Shrinks terribly in the wash. Wouldn't buy anything from this company. Terrible customer service. Terrible returning policy. Don't believe anything you read in their terms and conditions.”

“Ordered a jacket but it was poor quality so have tried to return it for a refund but they are refusing to help - with automated replies sending you round in circles. I would NEVER use them again. Stay away”

“Refused to accept my returns despite indicating they provide ‘easy and hassle free returns’ on their website. Over 6 weeks later still waiting for a response. Finally get authorisation to return some items and they tell me the parcel never arrived (despite signature indicating so). Avoid them - it honestly is more hassle than it was worth for very poor quality items.”

“THEY TOOK THE MONEY AMOUNT FROM MY CARD TWICE AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT! NEVER BUY FROM THAT WEBSITE FOR YOUR MONEY'S SAFETY. THIS IS THE REASON WHY THIS SITE IS CHEAP- BECAUSE THEY ARE HUSTLERS!”

“I’ve had a terrible shopping experience with this company. Therefore I will never buy from here again. They cancelled my order because I didn’t pay it but I certainly did because it came out my bank. Which they needed proof for which I find absolutely daft. I ordered again, I’m not looking forward to receiving my products after seeing these reviews. DONT BUY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.”

“I’ve never had such bad service. I ordered 6 items in April, and in AUGUST items showed up, but they were not even from Zalful! They were super cheap plus sized items from an affiliated company. I filed a complaint and sent pictures like you’re supposed to with the order number, and all they did was send a macro email back asking me to file a complaint with pictures. NEVER have I got them on the phone. Never again. Over $109 wasted.”

“ZAFUL is obfuscating return policies by advising that easy return and refund is possible, but hide deep in their terms and conditions that the return basically does not apply to any of the items they are selling. The quality of their swim wear is terrible and sizes are absolutely wrong. Very bad experience which hopefully others can avoid! Don’t use the app or buy at ZAFUL at all!”

“Scam company. The clothing comes and is awful quality, not as shown in the pictures, and the stitching came lose just from trying it on. When you try to contact them to return and get a refund, they refuse. The "only option" is to keep the clothing (even though it's too appalling to wear because they don't want to pay for postage) and receive 10% of the money back. After days of arguing they said returns are not possible and the clothing I ordered was exempt in their terms and conditions (?!?) They've gradually increased the offer of the percentage of money back but still won't give me a full refund despite the clothing not being as described and being poor quality. I'm hoping PayPal will help me out and I won't use Zaful again.”

“Order about $149 worth of items since the 24th of August and as if today the 6th of November I still haven’t received my package. They told me twice to check with my local post office which I did but they haven’t received anything either. The tracking update has been showing “Airlines Departure” since the 31st of August & now they’re telling me to be patient like 3 months isn’t enough patience I’ve had for a package that should’ve been delivered since September. Save yourself the stress and don’t order from them.”
