“Chinese rip off artists. They misrepresent their products and when you try to return them they try to offer you a discount or a fraction of what you spent or return items to China. It's a scam.”

“If I could give this company a 0/5 stars for a review, I would. I bought 50 dollars worth of clothes and after 6 months I still haven't received a package. Customer service is a joke, only giving you access to some sort of "online tickets" surely operated by bots. No cellphone number, nothing. They have told me nothing but to "remain patient", but after 6 months? Really? If I could I would definitely sue this company.”

“Please do not waste your time or money ordering anything from these con artists. My daughter has finally been refunded her money £146 after 4 months thanks to PayPal. She never received her items as she refused to pay a further £60 duty which was not mentioned prior to placing the order. Zaful continually sent a template with a generic response refusing to a full refund, and only offered to refund £15 as settlement . I would advise anyone who has been scammed by this company who made a payment to them via PayPal to contact them again as PayPal are now aware of their malpractice and fraudulent activity. They are currently under investigation.”

“Dear customers, this is about item: "Double Breasted Notch Lapel Tunic Coat - Red S" First of all and most important, the 'coat' I have received after 4 months of delay, it's absolute failure. Instead of COAT I received a tracksuit or a fleece t-shirt! Totally terrible and dissapointed. Aftet this, I would reccomend don't buy anything online if there is no picture of people who received it and posted picture with the item, where you can check and convince IT IS how it looks like online and how you think and want. Dear Zaful, drink an amazing beer for my thin, tracksuit Coat for 25€. Thank you for fake pictures and no review item. God bless you. 🙏🏼”

“Zaful has some of the best customer service going, anytime I have had a issue with sizing or an item having a manufacturer defect they have refunded me my money plus any points used at point of purchase. The clothes are of good quality and sizing is usually always bang on.”

“My son ordered clothes from zaful that did not fit. So he paid $15 to return clothes. Zaful did not provide a return labels. After mutiple times of them trying to give me store credit. They returned money to my card. They say customer service is there top priority and it's NOT they also say easy returns. Well they said they will pay 30% back of paying for return label. Well in order to get money back for return label the only way they would do it is if I open a pay pal account. After telling them over and over I do not have nor want a pay pal account. Could they mail payment to me or return to card. THEY WOULDN'T. Only insist on me opening up a pay pal account to get my money back for return label. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP CLOTHES. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!”

“I ordered $60 worth of clothes and never received my items. Zaful customer service was a joke, blamed it on the Courier and refused to refund me, I never received my items and they only gave me a $10 credit. I will never order from there again so the credit is useless.”

“Had to return items and after a month I'm still waiting for them to refund my items, one of the worst customer experience interactions I've ever had, extremely rude, unknowledgeable and unhelpful representatives. Make sure you save your tracking number or returning items will be a nightmare!”

“I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money! This company is the worst to deal with. My package is "stuck in customs" two months after I placed my order - the summer is over now! And they won't allow me to send it back or refund me. They keep telling me that the package will be destroyed... what kind of response it that??”

“I had to pay half the amount of the order for taxes and free shipping was NOT free. They send my one order in 2 different packages, I needed to get a document from Zaful to get the items from the customs... it took them A MONTH to send the same wrong documents over and over again. Cute clothes but ain't worth the hassle, customer support can barely speak English.”

“I paid $60 for merchandise that I never received. This company is a nightmare to deal with. They have finally admitted the order went to the wrong address and was returned to them, so they are offering me a partial store credit and charging me for shipping both ways—even though i never received or returned the item! Their customer service is RUDE and unprofessional. Save yourself a gigantic headache and DO NOT ORDER from this company!”

“Stay away!! The products are really poorly made. I have faulty products with sizing that doesn’t match. A small that’s too big and a L that’s too large. Really poor quality. They won’t let you return them, they won’t give you an address. I’ve been talking to their “customer service” team back and forth for days. Despite the products being bad quality and not fit for purpose, I have to send them back AT MY OWN COST to another country for a refund. It’s an absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”

“I’ve ordered bikinis and the quality is abismal - cheap fabric, bad finishing and funny sizes (super small tops and large bottoms). The return process is difficult (no clarity from customer support), stupid (they ask you to send pictures so they can assess the problem - the problem is the product is HORRIBLE, can that be assessed from a pic?!) and made to tire you to give up. Never ever ordering from this place again.”
