“I placed an order and after waiting more than a month, I get a message that the package was returned due to an error in the address. I did not make any mistakes in my bill address and they wanted to blame me. I insulted them and told them I wanted my money back or my order, so they wanted me to send them $37.99 more to resend. I could not believe it. Finally, they only returned $ 80 to me and the order was over $ 100.00. They are rascals. I will never buy there again and I do not recommend them. Very bad experience.”
“Delivery took way longer, could not open the link to check delivery status. Also after several emails, finally got a response I could not return the swimsuits. It doesn't say anywhere on the website you can't return swimsuits.”
“Shitty customer service. I’ve got all the items way bigger than my size. (even though I measured my body size before I placed an order.) Moreover, I surprised by their EXCHANGE SYSTEM. They only allowed a refund, NO EXCHANGE AT ALL, and that refund was just $11USD for all 3 items! I call this company the greatest FRAUD. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

“Purchased 2 swimsuits that I knew might be too big. Purchased as a guest so then when I turned around to contact support they wouldn't let me contact them because I was a guest and did not have a purchase history. TIP: Don't give people the option when purchasing to choose guest if guest means they don't have a purchase history, because then if they have problems they aren't able to reach out to support. I spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out how to reach out to support since I was a guest without any history even though I obviously had history. Once I got a hold of them they said they would refund me in my Zaful wallet. After 3 days I didn't receive any money and reached back out to their support team. They closed out the ticket. Its been about a week now, maybe more and I had to put in another ticket because I still didn't receive my refund. NOT IMPRESSED and will make sure to not shop here again. I have also made sure to tell my friends to not waste their time or money shopping here.”
“Has anyone sent Zaful a demand letter? I am considering taking legal action if I do not get a valid solution. I paid for 3 separate orders and all of them did not arrive in my city but was returned to Zaful without my knowledge as I could not even track the packages. I have been in contact with their after sales team but only getting "partial refund" offers or "sending the packages again with additional charges".

“Ordered 3 swimsuits on 07/18 and paid extra for shipping cost to get it here by 07/30 due to needing them on 07/31. Will not arrive until May 2, and they are trying to blame USPS but it didn’t get a USPS Tracking # till 07/28. Terrible customer service”
“Review is 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. I ordered nearly €30 worth of clothes in April (it is now July 30th), and they never arrived. I contacted their Customer Support and experienced like many people here have already described; several back and forth messages asking me to be patient and thanking me for understanding etc etc. They would ask for different information that they already had on record to (I presume) kill time in the hope that I would just give up querying the whole scam. They also deleted the record of my conversations with them through their "Ticket" system in my Zaful account and the live Facebook messenger bot gives generic unhelpful responses to any efforts of inquiry.
I have logged a claim with PayPal and hopefully may get a refund that way, but I certainly would advise people stay away from this "company".

“Most item sizes run small. The return process takes a very long time. I've been trying to get a refund for a few items I purchased and they've offered me alternate solutions rather than just saying yes to my return/refund. At this point I am very frustrated with Zaful and if I don't receive a full refund for the items that I am trying to return within the next few days, I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. I won't be shopping here anymore.”
